We had a great experience with our sales rep, Alan. He gave us information and then gave us space to talk and think before making our decision. Too often sales people are pushy; Alan was not pushy. Instead he was helpful.

It was a wonderful experience. Sales manager Joe Barbieri was friendly and very informative. We gave him our price range he showed us several options. They had 2 mattresses we were interested. He didn't try to sell us a expensive high end one. With all this said , I wanted to try the high end one just to see the difference. I have to say wow what a difference. Needless to say we went with the high end one.. Wife and I said this will be a early Christmas present to each other. Joe Barbieri (sales man) are you sure it's over your budget. So that made me happy cause he was looking out for us as customers and not as a high price quick sale commission.

We have purchased 2 mattresses here (a new one for ourselves, and one for our son). We appreciated the low pressure atmosphere and how both sales associates listened to what we wanted, and respected our budget on both occasions.

Our salesperson Alan came across as a genuine, honest person. He took the “what’s best for you” approach, which was refreshing from the customer’s perspective. I hope I like my purchase as much as I liked the salesperson! I’m sure I will!

After 15 years, it was time for a new mattress. Alan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. So much has changed in mattress technology in all those years. The process was seamless. My mattress and platform were delivered right on time. The delivery guys were very professional, quick and personable. I have had the mattress for two nights. No more tossing and turning. No more pain or numbness. Just pure uninterrupted sleep. Thank you Mattress Warehouse of Quakertown. You have improved my life.

Joe B was awesome! Extremely helpful, and was very conscious of our budget. Explained all of our options, and didn't pressure us into anything. Made sure we got a quality bed at a great price! Definitely ask for Joe when you go!

Went for a new mattress recently - Alan was wonderful in helping us pick out the one for us. We have had it for about a week now and it is absolutely fantastic. We had such a great experience at Mattress Warehouse of Quakertown today! We needed a mattress for our guest room and didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg, but wanted it to be comfortable, and Joe delivered in helping us choose!! He got us a good deal and was super friendly and fun to chat with.
Alan was working as well, he was very friendly and gave us candy! Recommend for a personable and easy bed shopping experience!
