Great gym. Clean, well staffed, always friendly people working. Also it's a very well sized gym so even busy times you can get a good workout in. Much better than. Bethlehem gym!

Poorly Run, no communication, dirty club. Constantly changing staff. Try Planet Fitness as a alternative.

The gym is wonderful, it's clean, it's stocked, the machines are in good working condition and staff is very upfront about dues, charges, fees, and expectations of gym members.I'm thankful for the manager, previous manager, and staff especially Kidz Club that treated me professionally and work hard every day to continue to provide a clean, positive, safe, and healthy experience for us all. You guys are the reason I continue to refer customers and continue returning to the gym. I trust and appreciate the transparency that Quakertown location provides to ensure that their customers are not charged unnecessarily and has integrity within the way they charge their customers and do their best to accommodate all situations, and circumstances.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. All they want is your money. I opened a membership with them over THREE years ago. After about 6 months I decided to go to a gym a little closer to home. I tried to cancel my membership, turns out I can't because I signed a "one year contract". Okay, fine. Paid that monthly EVEN THOUGH I WASNT GOING THERE. After that year mark I tried FOUR times to cancel membership and all I got was attitude from everyone I spoke with. I was told I need to send a letter to cancel my membership, so I did. Didn't work. I was still getting charged. End of story I had to switch bank accounts to make it stop, they still call me TO THIS DAY 3 years later. Don't go here.

Staff always attentive and welcoming! Facility is always clean and I don't see myself switching to another gym.

They need better communication skills) Dude im editing my review because i never worked for you a day in my life what are you talking about. Is that your reply for everyone? Seems like you get upset over a review. Do better and get better reviews.

Very unsavory ownership. They illegally contracted with a 17 year old, then refused to cancel the membership without charging a fee when the minor moved out of state to college. Additionally, the staff was incredibly rude while trying to discuss the issue.

Gym is only of the better Maxx fitness clubs in the area the manager is truly one of the kind. Big plus it's not a corporate gym, it's a franchise gym.

Very unprofessional. The entire place is so disorganized, the staff is all over. It is ridiculous. They say one thing and do another than, get upset when you challenge it. They don't respect your rights nor do they care about how you feel about it. Never in my life have I experienced this.

Sorry, I could not leave a zero out of 5 for this review. BUYER BEWARE, if you cancel your membership with this company, they will steal $49 from your credit card account under the guise that you signed an agreement making you responsible for this fee ? Really that's how you want to run your business? The manager would not budge on returning the fee. I was told that when I cancelled there would be 1 month fee of $15 for 30 day notice, which I get and did not have a problem with. Now I am also responsible for a yearly service fee of $49 because of the timing of my cancellation. So beware everyone before signing an agreement with BS fees attached. I fail to see how this business model is sustainable. The manager obviously only cares about squeezing every penny from their clients when they leave, I was a client for over two years and this is my parting gift. Think twice before joining this scam operation. Never had any issues like this with planet fitness. Please go there for your fitness needs. They actually respect their clients.

the gym decided to raise rates outside of what was agreed when I signed up. Also hit me up with a annual membership dues even though I cancelled prior to that month. No customer service on their part to address any concerns, just want your money.

Love this gym and the ergonomics of all the equipment. I just wish there were less people sitting on their phones while others are waiting to use the machines.

It's honestly a shame. I loved this gym. Probably still one of my favorites other than the staff and management. I haven't gone here for awhile because of this incident. They have great equipment but if you cancel your membership they'll still continue to charge your account. I had to get a new bank account to have it stop. I tried calling and talking to management nothing was done they told me oh well. It's upsetting. This place is so great other than that.

Was a nice gym like a year ago but now it’s deteriorating fast. Broken water fountains the past month. Tanning beds missing bulbs for months as well as one that has been completely shut down for months. Empty soap dispensers. Completely unacceptable as members pay annual enhancement fees every year for nearly 60.00 for maintaining the gym. Although we know the real truth that this is the difference between the owner having Audis or Toyotas in his garage. What a shameful display of greed and negligence. Now it makes sense why they have new employees every month .
