Everyone who has ever helped me here has been wonderful. Just today, I only had to pay $10 for being able to use their professional grooming tub, flea & tick shampoo, towels and blow dryer. My dog is almost 60 lbs and she didn't want to cooperate with getting up the ramp and into the tub so they picked her up to get her in and picked her up to get her back out. They were so helpful, friendly and professional. They have always given me good advice on products for my dog and my fish tank.

We just picked up Apoll0 from his play date in the backwoods of East Greenville, PA. I knew he got into trouble the minute he bolted through the front door wet & spelling rancid.My dear boy took a walk on the wild side! "TURKEY **it WILD!There was no way I was able to drive an hour home smelling that!Aunt Linda did her very best to descent the turkey poo! But it's a little ruff to bathe an 81lb golden in your bath tub.This was NOT the ideal shop for a puppy bath! Ceramic floor tub & floor! NO secure way of getting him in the tub without 2 of us lifting him. Towels were more than recycled quality. Dryer did its job!I guess in such a SMELLY predicament I should give them 4 stars. I feared my golden was going to break a leg before we even finished his bath. SAFETY is NOT in the picture for a large dog here!

They have a helpful, friendly staff. Also, a great selection of accessories for a wide variety of pets. As for people looking for a new pet, I'd say go check this place out if ur in the market for a puppy definitely as for other animals this place has a selection that's constantly growing and changing adding different types of pets you can have. So, you should go check it out for yourself and see what they're offering at the current time ?

Pet store with dogs, cats, fish, reptiles, food, and accessories. We looked at adopting a kitten. The holding area reeked bad. It took over 15 minutes for the staff to come back. The pet crates were also in bad shape. Seems like they want to make a sale versus matching people with the right pet.

I was recently able to adopt the sweetest dog from this location. Due to the puppies having to quarantine 2 weeks because they were out of state, I went to see the pup I was interested in everyday until her quarantine was up. This not only allowed me to grow a relationship with the dog through glass, but also see their living conditions, how their employees treated the animals, and how they handled customers. Their little homes were cleaned routinely, they were fed at the same time every day, and they were given love and attention even when they were overwhelmed with volume. They truly set these pups up to be loyal and loving companions when they reach their forever home. On adoption day, their staff made this a day to remember. They were just as excited as we were, and helped us gather everything we needed to bring home our pup. They even gave her a free bath! It is clear they care about ALL animals that come through these doors, and I’ll be forever grateful I wandered through.

Two female terrier dogs picking on a male terrier dog one biting on his head and other dog biting his punishment and pulling him by it. The male dog tried digging the wall to get away but couldn't. Very upsetting to see that no one watches or cares. I told them they needed to separate the male from the two bad females and I made sure they did and they said we will give him a rest for awhile and give the females some toys. They waited til I left and never gave them toys cause I came back the next day and saw. I took a picture of them next dayfemales laying together and male by himself shivering. I hope their still not attacking the male , I will keep going to see them till their gone. Not right ,very sad my friends said I should of called animal control on them. But I believed in second chances.

Wonderful decision to adopt our puppy. The facility was clean and staff was very friendly and knowledgeable which enable the process to move forward smoothly. The puppy is fully vaccinated which was a huge benefit. The cost was very reasonable as was the food recommendations. My fiance and I are extremely happy to our decision to adopt our new family member "Harmony" from Pets Plus. Huge thank you to Dawn for making this such a wonderful experience!
