Rented a unit from this property, not very clean, the main gate was left wide open and only a couple of months into renting and they are increasing the monthly rent. If I could give minus stars I would.

I was very sick, and at the time homeless.. I'm better but not as strong. I know I owe rent, I will pay u when I get my ssdi check the end of October. For all I owe u. I'm so sorry, I'm trying to get it all together, it's tough....I need btsr. Both shoulders totally replaced, had my knees done. The pain is massive.. please ..

My biggest issue is they get you there with lower pricing and jack it up constantly . I had a 5x10 and was paying 130.00 a month after a year . You can’t even fight it . Your stuck . So not really happy

I’ve been at this storage facility for 15 YEARS and the management here has really truly turned it around! The property manager shawn is perfect for the job, no nonsense and gets every thing done and fair!
I got another unit because of him, he’s great ask for him to get good prices! You won’t be sorry!

Sean at the Quakertown prime storage was great. It's nice to see that there is someone out there who understands your situation and it is willing to help out.
When I only had a day and a half to get my stuff moved out of the place I was living in. I had said to him that I wish that I can get 24-hour access due to the limited time I had to move out and he had set up for me to get into the yard 24 hours which totally helped out.
I gave him five thumbs up for his kindness and campation and understanding.
So I'd like to put it out there that you should get prime storage and Quakertown a call before the others because he cares for the customers

About 7 years in the unit. Someone took my lock off and put a different lock on my unit. The Prime Storage agent cut this off for me after I proved my identity. Nothing was missing but this was strange for sure. Other than spiders and dust, everything was dry.
