Have tried twice to have my tank filled once no one was around during normal business hours and today. I called ahead and they're still no one here so much for trying to support a local business.

This place is a joke. You have to pay over the phone. You then drive around back and drop your tank off and then they make you drive back up front and wait for 5 minutes and then you can drive back and get your tank. They didn't even fill my 20 pounder up ripped me off a few pounds. I will pay a buck or 3 more somewhere else, just so I don't have to deal with the ridiculousness of driving all around their property just to fill a 20lb tank.

I will pay a buck or 3 more somewhere else, just so I don't have to deal with the ridiculousness of driving all around their property just to fill a 20lb tank.Update.When I complained on Facebook he "Dave" blamed Wolf for his d*** policies and proceeded to tell me the tank was full but the new tanks suck and a bunch of other excuses. He dosen't have any credibility after contradicting himself. So do yourselves a favor and just avoid dealing with Dave.

3yrs of some kind of ridiculous s**t. The latest is 2 most useless words all of a sudden. "Auto Refill" I recently became disabled so I applied for LiHeap asst. 2nd yr getting asst now there's an issue because auto refill. My tank was never auto filled. When the tank gets to 25/30% I call it in. Of course miserable Ashley refuses to take it off even after the owner Dave said on speaker phone in front of 3 people he would take care of it. What exactly are you auto refilling Dave? Had enough of the bs with miserable Ashley since day 1. 3yrs of always some kind of baby d*** sht

No issues for 3 years. Had a contract that if you don't meet minimum amount required of propane, a yearly fee will be billed. We knew from day 1 we would never meet the minimum and paid yearly rental fee. One random day, I received a nasty message that I either pay $1100 for the tank or they were coming to pick it up in 2 weeks. I would've had no problem if they said to me we have to cancel the contract (according to the terms of our signed contract which would be a 30 day notice). We were also told that we would receive $.99/per gallon (amount set by owner's discretion) for the 98 gallons in the tank. After they picked up tank, I called about the credit, I was then informed (by the same very unprofessional CSR) that I owed $100 for tank pick up. On my SIGNED contract it states "If tanks are picked up, either by the request of the Consumer or due to non-payment, a pickup charge of $100 will be charged to the Consumer". Neither of these apply to us. Again, while explaining this to the office girl, she said well, we don't use that contract anymore!!! I asked to speak to the owner and was told "he will not talk to you. " Awful customer service, when an issue arises! Your signed contract means nothing!

I spent about 2 weeks just trying to get a phone call back to get a price on a propane tank. After I call them and remind them I'm waiting for a call finally I get a call. We decide that Dave will come out and let me know what we have to do to hookup a propane tank. Appointment is made about 5 days later. The property I'm getting the propane hooked up at is about 45 minutes away from me and the appointment is 10:30-11:00. No call, no show. So I go up the street to get a coffee and then I get a phone call at 11:22 from the office that the guy is lost. Dave called the office to tell the receptionist to call me and tell me he's lost because he doesn't want to use his cellphone for work (maybe get a dedicated work line?) I give them directions to get onto the property and tell the receptionist that I'll be there in 15 minutes. I get there at 11:40 and nobody is there. I call the receptionist and she said my window was 10:30-11 and Dave waited around for 45 minutes and he left at 11:45, mind you I got there at 11:40 and they called me at 11:22 telling me he was lost. My window was 10:30-11:00 but you got there at 11:25 most likely. If it starts bad it ends bad so I'll just use another Propane Service, sad thing to was it was a referral of how great they are.

Very nice people, their propane fill ups take about 20 seconds per tank and they are cheaper than lowes & home depot and closer too
