Very helpful and straight. Good Communications- they called me to update the schedule and let me know the car was ready a bit early. They went all over the car and found several items that needed immediate attention but also a number of items that could wait a while. They even provided an estimate of how long those items could wait.

My family has been going to Protech for a long time because they provide excellent service, but this was my first time using Protech myself, and it didn’t disappoint. They went above and beyond on my inspection and emissions, taking the time to outline both necessary and recommended repairs and the rationale for each. They also went out of their way to give me tips on extending the life of the vehicle and preventing future repairs. And they left the car cleaner than they found it. I will be happy to go back!
