How are you guys going to be putting in 20 dollar bills inside your ATM machines that look like this? This is unacceptable! No machine will not take this bill and I having trouble getting it exchanged.

Horrible experience March 2023 when ROBERT HANLEY my disabled husband at QNB office in Perkasie was told he needed a lawyer. Drove to lawyer on Walnut St and get Bob's walker. He was invalid Bob had worked TBC mail room for 17 years, well liked & suoer dependable employee. The lawyer charged $175. After 15 minutes Lawyer told Bob Hanley that he d I didn't need a lawyer. The bank didn't refund the lawyer charges.

The staff @ this bank are the nicest ppl to deal with. They go above & beyond to help out any situation one may have. They always have a smile on their face even when crazy busy & explain details so you can understand w/o getting frustrated.

At this bank they all know your name and are always ready to serve you with a smile. They are patient and quick to take care of your needs. When I walk away I know they appreciate my business and they look forward to seeing me again. QNB has been my family's bank for generations. Thank you in advance for all you do!

There is a level of attitude at the Wescosville branch that is highly unusual.
When I opened my account, I popped into the branch regarding my debit pin. It was something that they couldn’t help me with but the teller basically laughed at me and the group of 3 behind the counter basically joined in. I left fairly upset and wanted to pull my account immediately.
Was I over-reacting? According to my boyfriend. Yes.
Well. MONTHS later, he goes in and is told there will be a hold on a settlement check and he inquires as to why, reasonable question. THE SAME TELLER responds that it’s the bank policy, which is fine…BUT THEN SMIRKS AT HIM. Then he asked another question and she has a full blown eye roll moment like a 16 year old and begrudgingly answers like he is bothering her. We all know that attitude.
SO, of course, he calls to speak to a manager (Quakertown because this is his typical branch and has never had an issue here.) to complain/share/report and the response is equally as unprofessional. (Manager states, well there’s only ** dollars in your account? BF asks, What does that matter? …and it goes from there. The call was about unprofessional behavior, not an account balance.)
Do yourself a favor, if you need to do “walk-in” banking, do it somewhere else. We all deserve better.
PS. I did open another account at another bank and NOBODY rolled their eyes at me or acted like I was a bother to them.

I’m being with this bank for more then 25 years. I never being disappointment , except when all the girls retired and new people came. But after knowing us, everything went back to normal. I need to say this bank cares about you. When fraud charges come to my card they text me right away. They really keep eyes in your accounts. I’m pleased 😀

I am SO tired of how inconvenient this bank is. They just close cards with out even a word due to “fraudulent activity “ which sure can be good. But a phone call? A text? An option to stop the closing before it happens? Once a card is closed it screws everything up. Even after getting it reactivated. And it seems to happen way to often. I almost don’t even want to use my QNB cards for online purchases anymore. Y’all need to find a better way to work this fraudulent activity system.

This Bank is THE ABSOLUTE WORSE!!!!! Do yourself a favor and bank somewhere else!!!! They are completely incompetent with money transactions! They will rip you off and charge false late fees on their autopay errors!!!! You can pay ahead of time and more than the minimum balance due on a loan, and their system sucks so they will assess false late fees, and don't correct errors unless you catch it!
