I am SO tired of how inconvenient this bank is. They just close cards with out even a word due to “fraudulent activity “ which sure can be good. But a phone call? A text? An option to stop the closing before it happens? Once a card is closed it screws everything up. Even after getting it reactivated. And it seems to happen way to often. I almost don’t even want to use my QNB cards for online purchases anymore. Y’all need to find a better way to work this fraudulent activity system.

This Bank is THE ABSOLUTE WORSE!!!!! Do yourself a favor and bank somewhere else!!!! They are completely incompetent with money transactions! They will rip you off and charge false late fees on their autopay errors!!!! You can pay ahead of time and more than the minimum balance due on a loan, and their system sucks so they will assess false late fees, and don't correct errors unless you catch it!

QNB is a criminal bank looking to franchise off of their poor customers. Time and time again, I have heard about people getting charged over draft fees because this bank switches around debits and credits to make it look like the account is overdrawn. This is a trick that a lot of banks use in order to make money but a community bank is supposed to look out for it's community. This unfair practice has probably made them millions of dollars. They have probably made thousands off of me alone. They have a million excuses and rules that help them to talk their way around why they are doing this. However, this last time I caught them red handed. I am closing all of my families 8 accounts and moving them to another bank. I have a lot of other family and friends that are leaving as well. If you don't want to be cheated and tricked... don't bank here!! Also, they returned my fee (which was fraudulent) but acted like they were doing me a favor!! Ridiculous! There will be a class action lawsuit in the near future. Anyone with similar experiences please reach out to me -

As always my favorite bank. Love how convenient their many locations are. I stop by here and wasn't disappointed at all. Their ATM machine are modern and very simple to comprehend the various steps. I feel very safe when on their premises ,lots of security cameras can be seen clearly.which I think is a smart move for those trash in society. Plz I strongly encourage you to give them a try and write about your visit.

Been having problems with my atm card, no one answers the phones and the numbers they texted me are not in service. What if my card was lost/stolen today?! What if I needed to buy groceries today but couldn't?! Absolutely ridiculous.
