My visit was perfect: I made an appointment online and arrived a minute late, checked-in and was called in about 10 minutes later. One of the phlebotomy techs took me back and got the required samples. The tech was very polite and professional (I believe her name was Deanna) and I was out of there in fifteen minutes.

The women was extremely rude during our visit. My 7 year old sat down and asked if she was getting a shot or a swab, I explained no, she is just going to swab your nose. The lady directed “YOU’RE going to swab her nose”. So I said, okay, I’m going to swab your nose. I then pulled my mask down to do my face verification on my phone to create an appointment for myself. (My husband booked all appointments for us, and even with appointment reservations and confirmation numbers, they still did not have an order for me in the computer for my swab). As the lady saw me pull my mask down, she rudely said “It’s her swab, not yours”. I told her I was using my face recognition. I went to the waiting room to make another appointment, and about 10 minutes later the lady came to bring us back again. She did not say a word to me, and gave me the swab, which I started swabbing my nose, she again, RUDELY, to me “You’re going to have to do better than that!” I was shocked at the lack of customer service, and professionalism from this woman, and the rudeness was SO uncalled for. Comment after comment. I work in health care, and this is not how you talk to patients or their family members. I would never go back here!

I just want to say that yes what they are doing is illegal taking your credit card. NOBODY is obligated to give it to them though. You have the right to say "NO" I will wait until I get a bill from my insurance.

Although, the lab test went smoothly on my son who despises blood tests, I am continually frustrated with their billing questions. Each time I go, they claim I have x dollar "patient responsibility" and ask for my debit or credit card number! I have absolutely no co-pay or patient responsibility on blood testing and it seems very misleading and deceptive of them to tell me I do and then ask for my card information. I'd suggest looking up your benefits and knowing what you may owe before going and know that you DON'T have to give them your payment info, even if they make it seems like you don't have any other option!

They are indeed closed on Saturdays but apparently are unable to change the voicemail! Especially with the uncertainty of this time we can't always trust maps. Thanks for waisting my time and gas Quest.Since there isn't a way to respond, I'll add to this post. Thank you for responding. I hope Saturday hours will resume soon so I don't have to lose time from work to get blood work done.

I scheduled an appointment for testing. They told me my insurance would cover it no doubt. I called my insurance to verify and they said no. So I cancelled the appointment. They are still holding $400 on my debit card....this should be illegal. I will not go to this company since my insurance won't cover it. Why are they holding my money??? Absolutely criminal

Brandi is awesome! I have panic attacks from needles, she was super nice, fast, and talked to me through the bloodwork. I will be going to see her anytime I need testing!
