This time around I can truly say everyone at Raymour was truly a pleasure to work with. We had issues with a sofa we bought in September, it was leaning to the middle on both sides, once deemed unfixable they made a credit towards new furniture an easy process and we absolutely love our new sectional. Highly recommend platinum service.

I unfortunately had a bad experience. The weather didn't help, it was windy and pouring rain, but the delivery men made no effort to remove or clean their shoes and they hastily came in and set to work, their raincoats or outerwear still on. They were assembling a bed and there were many sized bolts, anchors and screws that they randomly opened and comingled all over the bedroom wooden floor. It was a fabric padded headboard and they made little attempt to handle it with care.They hit a glitch with some anchors not placed where they should have been by the manufacturer. They just then turned to other tasks, putting legs on siderails AND the unattached headboard, before resolving the issue of the headboard. I intervened and questioned why they would move to steps 5, 6 and 7 without resolving step 3 and 4? It was just wrong.It became clear it could not be assembled without anchors in the headboard so they called their manager. I refused delivery as I was told I must do AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY if there was an issue.They then hastily carried the partially assembled bed parts back to the truck, much of it unprotected with a padded moving blanket of any kind (they had only ONE with them for a king sized bed).I had a long conversation with the store manager as my salesperson was out the day of delivery. I requested a new order entirely. I like the bed very much and was pleased when I saw the color and quality, particularly the headboard which as a king size was in two parts. I hope it was a one off with the anchors absent in the headboard to be attached. Several hours later I got a call that they had "found the parts" and could come back with THAT bed, "no new order necessary". I had looked through the enclosed tools and assembly items thoroughly with the workers. There were no anchors "to be found".I was dumfounded that considering how they carried a wooden framed bed out of the house and onto the truck unprotected (again, they had only one moving blanket) that they would think I would take delivery of the same pieces of wood framing and cloth padded headboard. The whole "white glove" delivery was rushed and messy.I have two chairs on special order and another order for this bed. I hope to manage the delivery of these items with better communication and expectation of what that process should be.I have used Raymour & Flanigan in the past and am hopeful I won't encounter this issue again. They also don't wear shoe covers of any kind, I understand the risk of slipping, but I am told it is up to me to put any protective floor covering for deliveries.It was a disappointment and I am hopeful to get ahead of the next delivery from R & F.

The salesperson helping us was very knowledgeable and helpful. She didn't follow us around and make us feel uncomfortable but gave us space to roam and look. She had materials available when we were leaving which will be very helpful in our decision-making process.

As usual a great experience in Quakertown Raymour and Flanigan. Dale wolf is the store manager and always finds a way to say hello to his customers. On this visit Grace was our sales person. Grace was personable, professional and helpful without making us feel pressure. My kind of furniture shopping!
