I’m so frusterated with this store. They’re incompetent. There has been issue after issue with the pharmacy since I had to switch here from the other rite aid that closed. Most of the pharmacy staff that I’ve dealt with are terrible. Randy is the ONLY one who seems to know what she’s doing. 0 stars if I could.

Tried calling multiple times over the past few days, no one in the pharmacy picks up. If they do they say nothing and put you on hold or ask you to hold and never pick up again. Very frusturating. I will be moving pharmacies.

Oh goodness, I'm sorry to complain like this but Rite Aid's service has been simply awful.1. My normal Rite Aid store was closing, but I only found out by going into the store and hearing other customers talking.2. I was told that my prescriptions (without asking me) were transferred to a different (inconvenient) store.3. Then, my automatic refill prescriptions were not automatically refilled!4. I called the pharmacy asking about my prescription refills and they abruptly told me that it was MY RESPONSIBILITY to restart my automatic refills. Now I am out of my medication and was told that I need to wait another three days for my order....shaking my head. Not cool Rite Aid

Like fix your phones???? When I call and you put me on hold it sounds like the ocean. How is anyone supposed to know what is going on??????

I called to ask about the availability of my prescription and was spoken over and hung up on. I didn't even manage to get the end of the first sentence out.

My grandfather is 85 & has always used CVS & Walgreens but recently switched to Rite Aid and we couldint be happier . Right off the Bat the two pharmacists we dealt with helped ease him with his fear on his new medications & made us feel comfortable . I can’t say enough good things about Pharmacist Joe & Pharmacist Stephanie . We aren’t used to getting 5 star treatment from the other chain stores .

Went in this evening for a covid booster with my husband. Walked back to the pharmacy area and after asking where the boosters are given we were told in a cranky tone "you need an appointment" by the snippy girl behind the counter when we told them of our arrival. When I replied that we do have an appointment she immediately snapped "no you don't. There was also a black girl behind the counter who said loud enough for us to hear "they can wait I don't have time for them". I saw no one in line and no busy anything to speak of. She then in the crankiest manner said "oh you're at the other rite aid" and waved us off. These two should not be working behind any counter where they deal with people and have to be polite. This used to be the nicest Rite Aid to frequent and we would go there just because of the super nice pharmacist. No more!! The better way to offer proper customer service to customers might be to say oh you registered at the other rite aid but we would be happy to see you since we aren't busy at all. As a local hospital employee, I iplan to share this experience with as many as possible so others can avoid this inappropriate unprofessional mess behind your pharmacy counter. We did end up going to the "other" Rite Aid and were met with smiling faces and friendliness! Thank you to them! All was not lost for us but should be for you. Hire employees that are nice to the customers! Ditch these two crabs.
