Fitting rooms are not ADA compliant. The store has closed the original Fitting rooms down at the rear of the store and are using small fabricated fitting rooms that are not code compliant!

The lady that unlocked the door to the bathroom was extremely rude. I said thank you twice with no response so I asked “did you hear me say thank you?” And she responded “yes what do you want me to do about it?” That is extremely unprofessional and rude. Her name was Glenda or Linda not sure.

It's Ross, so I know what to expect when it comes to products. The brand names have gotten better over the years and the process really haven't changed which is crazy and beyond wonderful. My only complaint is some sections are in complete disarray. Shoe section.... Size 6 with the 9s. Ladies if you need undergarments reserve at least 2-3 hours to check EVERY TAG to find your size. I'm not even joking here. Spent an hour myself, didn't have my size and I'll never get that hour back.

Don't go here. The bathrooms are locked so don't ever have to go to the bathroom and the people don't ever respond to you. There are no sales people that are human. They're all obnoxious

My only go to store that I frequent in the 3D. Mostly all other purchases other than essentials are purchased online. The price is almost always right and I usually find what I'm looking for without a problem. The store is nicely laid out and for the most part the employees are courteous and helpful. There's been a few times I was not impressed by the people at the counter but they don't seem to be there any longer. The only complaint I have is that it's always hot in there. They should get the air conditioning fixed and have it on when it's necessary.
