I am giving 5 stars thanks to Kassie, an employee here who went above and beyond in helping me find the perfect foundation shade for my olive skin. If you don't know, it is a struggle to find a foundation shade in general but its so tough with olive skin to find something that matches you perfectly. Kassie spent at least 20 minutes with me to find me the closest shade, even walking me to the front of the store with each swatch so we could use the natural/outside lighting from the windows to see how the foundation looks. It was a game changer doing this and I appreciated that she listened to my concerns and went through with doing everything we can to find something I'd be satisfied with. I am a rare Sephora shopper, as I usually buy my makeup online or at drug stores besides foundation. I initially was looking to only be swatched and purchase elsewhere but with how Kassie treated me as a customer, I ended up purchasing there in the store and glad that I did. I'm also considering to visit the location again thanks to her.

The staff here have always been extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Their product line is excellent for the size of the store. It’s a smaller store in Kohl’s but they stock a variety of brands. Sometimes the more popular/trending items are unavailable but they will ship for free. They happily provide samples before you buy. I really enjoy shopping here. I usually never leave emptied handed.

Went there to buy a perfume and the old and young girl just kept staring at me and my husband and kept coming next to us. Then I asked for the perfume I wanted she got out and gave to me and as I was turning to pay towards the register the old lady said oh no give it back to me I keep forgetting I'm not supposed to let you hold it . I didn't like the treatment we got and I changed my mind and told her I didn't want it anymore! There was plenty other customers there non Hispanic or color and she was perfectly fine not following them around and acting sarcastically. I was treated as I was going to steal the perfume!!!! I rather go somewhere else were there is respect and our Money is valued !!!! This place is RACIST TO THE CORE!!!!!!!!

Staff helped me find the perfect cologne for myself as well as found a perfect perfume for my fiancé. I always struggle to find the right perfume for her and they helped me figure out the right one for her in a few minutes with a few questions. If you need any help just ask and they will for sure get you what you are looking for exactly.

The women's plus size section is a joke. Only 2 or 3 racks for plus size is ridiculous. Apparently they don't want larger women shopping at their store.

The new cashiers are very pushy about having customers sign up for the stupid credit card. I used to work here and its so sad to see it getting worse than it was when I was there. I wont be coming back for a long time
