One thing I like about this Staples is that the employees here are passionate about their work. I have a post office box here and I come in and I feel like I have my own office and workers to boot. They have great products and didn't realize that they also kind of compete with Best Buy as far as gaming and entertainment. I didn't know that! And the chair sale that's going on right now is incredible along with... Check this out! They have a three-year maintenance plan on your chair, so if anything happens to it, they will repair it. That is incredible! This Staples is also in a great plaza where you have places like Target, Chick-fil-A Planet Fitness and so much more. Perfectly centralized. Oh, and they also have an Amazon locker (BUONO) there! You just click on the Amazon message, text message from your phone; it takes you to instructions to open the locker. The locker opens, you get your goods, and you close the locker and go! Easy Peezy! Lol! I saw a lady in front of me go through that very experience and she was just so giddy with laughter on how it was so efficient and easy to get her package.

Worst store ever, called for a simple question about tech support, on hold 45 minutes. Went into store, 1 very rude employee working, said could not help us as he was the only employee, Save your time and shop somewhere else. This place is a dump.

I drove 20 miles to buy a printer and ink for a project tonight. They had very few printers in shock and the ones they did have, they did not have ink. Last week I needed to buy a wide inkjet, none in stock and out of stock on their web site. What a joke walmart and target have bigger selections than an office supply store. At this rate they will be out of business fairly soon.

I went to this Staples for the first time today after having many bad experiences at other locations in the past. However, the customer service by especially Georgia in the print center, was very refreshing. She was quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and kind hearted. I left in a timely manner thanks to her help and expertise.

Every time I come to this store I have a great experience. Friendly and helpful staff, surprising bargains and quick service. It is a great place to shop.

As a local business owner, I am in this store two to three times per week. I have never seen it anything but clean, and the employees are extremely professional.

Staples is about to control the entire office supply business in the greater Philly area. And this store is one of the reasons why: a helpful staff who can get you whatever you need. I spent some time looking at the Kindle displays. Sorry to see the big version de-emphasized.
