Beware when returning an Amazon package. My refund was not processed because the employee never followed through with the return. It seems like they don't want to waste time with Amazon returns. I'm pretty sure they are not doing it for free!!

They told my dad I messed up his computer when he tried to return it for a stupid security feature they put on it/it came with. I don’t touch my dad’s computer unless I’m fixing a problem and he’s sitting next to me. I have two amazing computers for myself for school. Don’t sell computers with bitlocker to older individuals. It’s not the same thing as bitdefender( which I didn’t put on it but should have because I have it ) now for the rest of his life I’m going to have to hear that I virused his computer.

Cara from printing is absolutely amazing. She helped me get funeral posters printed and because I didn’t have enough time to get the actual boards done in time for the funeral, she helped me get them properly on heavyweight boards so they would look good. 5 star customer service. Thank you so much, Cara!

Review for Staples – Quakertown, PA
The store itself is great—clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with all the office essentials you might need. Whether I’m mailing a package, purchasing a computer, or returning an Amazon item, I’ve always found the layout convenient and the selection solid.
However, what consistently stands out—unfortunately—is the customer service. On multiple visits, the staff has been noticeably disengaged. A simple “hello,” “how are you,” or “have a nice day” feels like too much to ask. A bit of friendliness would go a long way in making the shopping experience more pleasant. I truly believe that a smile and a little effort in customer interaction could make this store exceptional rather than just adequate.
There’s a lot of potential here. Improving customer service could make Staples in Quakertown a five-star stop.

I went to Staples to get an Amazon tablet. An employee came right up to help me, but they did not have one Kindle Paperwhite in stock. He said he could send it to me. I could have gotten it off Amazon if I wanted that.
It's sad, but if they don't keep what you want in stock, no wonder they're going out of business.
