I went here and the guy was giving me an look meanwhile I had to wait 47 minutes even though I made an appointment. I asked for a trim off the top and a design on the back. They started buzzing it down the center. It looked like an inverted mohawk. I told him to fix it and he tried evening it out on the sides. It looked like a checker board on the side of my head by the time he was done. The employees started getting mad when I didn't want to leave a tip. The lightning bolt looked like a random line in the back of my head. He also put cream stuff on my head because he said it would help my hair. I got rashes the next day and got red bumps all over my head.

Called and scheduled appointment for my 2 year old son. Lady was annoyed my husband got him there 20min early, despite having zero other customers. Was not personable and did a complete hack job, even though my son sits perfectly still for his haircuts. Only went there bc we wanted a quick cleanup before christmas, and I wish we'd just left it alone. Will DEFINITELY NEVER be going back there!

The woman that took care of me did a wonderful job of doing my highlights, and my happiness was very important to her. She took her time and she actually cared about my customer satisfaction. I definitely recommend this place, the prices are amazing, compared to most hair salons and I think Supercuts is very underrated, and they do a hell of a good job

The hair tech ally is a wonderful, she washed my hair and it's never felt better! the haircut she gave me is the most stunning one i've had in ages! everyone here was friendly and great to talk to!

I made an appointment for Sunday morning. I had long hair (down to mid back). I have layers with the front cut angled to frame my face and bangs. I have very thick hair. I told the "stylist" that I wanted my dead ends trimmed as well as my bangs trimmed. I said that I wanted to keep as much length as possible. She asked if I wanted to keep my layers and I said yes. This person butchered my hair! She cut about 4-5 inches off the back of my hair and more on the sides! This was not all dead ends. There is a 4 inch difference between the sides of my hair and the back with a solid definition between them. The back and sides have several layers with absolute definition and none of the ends are even! It looks like she just tried to take chunks out o the sides and call it angled. I went back to the store and told them that I wanted a refund. Told the stylist that she destroyed my hair. Her response was a sarcastic "sorry" and "you asked for layers"! I have been growing my hair out for years only getting the ends trimmed. In order to get this fixed my hair will have to be cut to chin length in order for everything to be evened out! I have used this store for trims many times but will never return.

This place is literally HORRIBLE DO NOT GO HERE! Dropped my son off for a haircut literally 9 minutes later he called and said he was done...This lady should be DONE .... working here or ANY haircut place!

Walked in with my boyfriend to try to get his haircut. Older woman was alone in there doing a color on a woman's hair. She was extremely rude and didn't even ask what we were there for she said "I'm busy so um no". If she wanted to make money she could have cut my boyfriends hair while the other woman's color was processing. Will never be going back totally disrespectful.
