Very honest and upfront. This is the most by the books used car dealer I've ever seen. They fixed an issue with the door before selling us the vehicle, put it up on a lift so we could inspect the undercarriage, and even put new brakes, rotors, and tires on before selling it. Consumate professionals with a great selection of affordable vehicles.

I had a very good experience purchasing my 2014 Volkswagen Jetta from Trend Auto. The car was in very good condition, low mileage and in my favorite color blue! They sold me the car at a fair value that I felt pretty grateful about. After driving it for about a week the car had a few issues that needed to be repaired. The team told me I could bring it back and they worked tirelessly to fix everything for me at no extra charge. This company stands behind their word of reliability, accountability and honesty with customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend others to purchase a vehicle here.

I spoke with Robert over the phone about financing a portion of a Honda Pilot. He gave me the price over the phone and set a reservation for me and my family to check it out. The following day. The car is very clean and they helped troubleshoot a few of the options in the vehicle. They were easy to work with, and were true to their word about the quoted price over the phone.

Trend Auto Trader is one of the few honest, straightforward dealerships I’ve interacted with.
I recently bought a Toyota Sienna here. From the beginning, Robert was very responsive with his communication, provided me with any information I asked for, was proactive in providing the Carfax report, gave me a very good deal, and did not include any BS fees.
Every interaction I had and every part of the process was positive and smooth.
I did a lot of research in this process, and dealt with a lot of dealers who have been terrible with communication, used those old-school sleazy dealer tactics, and/or tried to sneak in preposterous fees. Robert and Trend Auto are not that, and they got my business as a result.
I’m grateful to Robert not only for a great vehicle, but a great experience from first contact through post-purchase.
I’d recommend this place to anybody who’s looking for a car and wants an honest, straightforward dealer.

I recently purchased a 2013 Lexus from Trend Auto Trader Inc., and while I initially had some concerns about the rear liftgate, I must commend the team for their honesty and professionalism.
When I first got the car home, I mistakenly believed that the liftgate was not functioning automatically. My husband and I were initially frustrated, but after some further investigation, we realized that everything was indeed in perfect working order, just as the team at Trend Auto Trader had assured me.
I truly appreciate the transparency and reliability they demonstrated throughout the process. It's clear that they stand by their word and provide quality vehicles. I highly recommend Trend Auto Trader Inc. for their excellent service and integrity!

I hate buying cars. Not being a car guy, I'm always afraid there's something I'm missing. This was one of the easiest, best experiences I've had. The car is great: clean, checked out thoroughly, just as advertised. They cut a few charges to help get it into my budget. I'm completely satisfied with everything. Would recommend them to anyone.
