My 4 year old has done swim lessons here all year and loved them! I feel much more comfortable having her go to the pool this summer now that she has the foundations I’d swim down. She lived her instructor Izzy. This branch is nice, clean, and has very friendly and helpful staff. I would love more group classes offered on the weekends so I could make them.

I take swim lessons hereMy teacher is very sweet and makes sure I’m comfortable with going to the deep endThey have family swim everyday except wednsday ! What family swim is you just swim it’s a free swimming pool you can swim with family or yourself or friends they also have a huge slide I love the ymca!

Just joined the silver sneakers classes and it's awesome! It's exactly what I need. They took me on a tour and there is every thing there anyone would want. There's a pool and basketball and pickle ball courts. Also a weight room and a circuit room. I intend to explore all of it as I get stronger. All the staff personnel are super nice. I am thoroughly enjoying it!

At Quakertown YMCA, Isaiah did a great job administrating/explaining my InBody Scan, and provided a few exercises to help resolve a few muscle imbalances. Well done.

We love the Quakertown y! We've done multiple kids programs, and the gymnastics program is top notch with caring and qualified coaches. The gym has great equipment, though it gets very busy (almost unusable) when schools are off or when they offer free use to non members. We come for days a week and can attest that the staff are the nicest people, and the facility is always clean.

I really like the gym there but every time I walk past the daycare area to get to the gym , I can see through the glass and the staff doesn't seem to be paying much attention to the kids, they are always talking to each other, on there phones, ect. Not to mention last time I walked past there was a little boy literally smacking a little girls butt? but the staff in the daycare part were not paying attention :(

Bucks YMCA has some of the rudest employees. Especially the regional manager. She is condescending and needs to take a training class on social/people skills for the workplace.

It was my first visit as a member with the wife and kids. Jabba the Hutt at the front desk was rude as hell. It must have been close to lunch. Extremely rude to a brand new member not understanding the process. Passes me off to a way more helpful coworker with a smile as wide as the day as long. After making a remark to Jabba's co-worker, she must have had swallowed an Ewok or snickers bar because she changed from the wicked witch of west to the good witch of the north faster than I could click my heels three times. Huge dirty teeth smile and an over the top welcome to everyone else who entered. Otherwise, gym equipment is new and clean as was the changing room.

The gym is fine overall, but the woman that works at the front desk in the morning is extremely rude and condescending. All I did was ask about the pool closure and she immediately jumped down my throat about it rather than just giving me the information. That's not how you treat a paying customer!That interaction is making me question whether I should even continue my membership at this gym. Why would you put someone with an attitude like that in a customer facing role?
