The clerk was too busy talking on the phone (Not a business call). Didn’t talk to me at all. Just took my package and gave me receipt. Pretty rude. Didn’t even acknowledge my existence.

The clerk was rude, he asked me for a physical address which was not a problem. I was trying to contact the company by phone to obtain a good address instead of the provided PO Box. The subject started asking me question while I was trying to navigate the 20 option from automated answering service. Patience is a forgotten virtue. God Bless them ..

Kamalah (employee#: 307759) is always extremely helpful, informative, and a pleasure to work with. She’s always carefully packed my fragile items, ensuring they’ve arrived safely. I always hope she’s working whenever I need to come in to ship an item. I really appreciate all her hard work.

Was excited to see they were open on a Sunday, which isn't terribly common with UPS stores near us.
Nory was very kind when she helped me, and truly went above and beyond. She was warm and friendly, another thing not super common with costumer service in many places these days. She made sure I knew I could ask for help if I needed it, and she showed me she meant it when I did need assistance.
Great staff, would be happy to return here!

Nori & Talyssa helped me located a package that I was told was not received. They scanned my ticket and printed out a shipment details report for me stating the delivery. Now I am able to email the company and show them the package was in fact returned and I should receive my refund. Thank you ladies!!!
