I really don't understand any of the negative reviews about this post office. I've been going here for over a decade and the staff are some of the friendliest of any post office that I've ever been to. From my experience, the people who seem to be frustrated are the ones that aren't educated with the mailing system in one way or another. They don't know how to label their packages, they don't understand each of the services, they complain about pricing, they have no concept on how long a package will take to get to its destination or they have the patience of a fifth grader. Every single time I've been here, I've been treated with respect, everything has been efficient as far as process and any questions I've had were were answered in a timely manner.

Mail theft went to post office with change of address card with id and other credentials they stated approx two weeks till mail forwarded.They state no id so their holding all mail.Recieving address verified plus 36 dollars paid plus deed id credentials retired paramedic id shown still won't release lost checks money late charges on cc need attorney or postal police- credit card stolen used mail opened thieves.

We had our mail held for a week while on vacation. When we came back, he couldn't find it..then gave us someone else's mail.
Tried to call... could not be connected to Quakertown PO!!!

I don't like it that they give you a 1800 number to the general line. You have to go search to find the local number.

Your website says you open at 7:30 then when you call it says you open at eight. I also sent my drivers license to be turned into you people and somehow you lost it so now I’m getting Letters from the state police.

This post office is being run by individuals who are consistently rude and unprofessional. There are so many negative reviews—is upper management even paying attention to them? The service is unacceptable, and it’s clear that changes are needed. I will be writing an email to higher-ups today, urging them to provide proper training for their employees on professionalism and customer service. OR FIRED THE EMPLOYEES - one lady at the passport is very unprofessional- This needs to be addressed immediately.

First time selling on poshmark and he was so helpful and explained to me every step and even helped me pick out the best mailer !!
