Just at this store to trade in an iPhone, brandon was our sales representative who was very kind and accommodating. Took his time to go through everything and provide pricing and details! Overall very happy with our service. Would prefer to go to this store over the closer locations to my home

I just left this store and want to commend a staff member, Jaqueline Ann, for her unending patience and positivity. The Verizon system was incredibly slow and changing plans was quite a time consuming process through no fault on her part. While one phone on our account is still updating to the new plan (everyone loves a spinning wheel on their customer service device, right?), I want to say thank you to Jacqueline. Our service plan is less expensive than before thanks to her patience and customer service quality.

Had a great experience at this store yesterday. Julie helped me get a new iPhone and set it up for me. Explained the new plan and all the details clearly and answered all of my questions. When we realized it was going to take a bit for things to transfer from my old phone to the new phone, I was able to go home, and come back and the phone was finished. Very friendly and so convenient. Thank you, Julie!!

Store is ok, but overall their phone system sucks. Their call in menu is way too long and u can never talk to anyone. Made an appt. For 1pm and still had to wait 20 min. Reservation meant nothing to verizon. Ralph did an excellent job.

I want to thank Ralph for helping sort out a long standing tangle I had with my Verizon Wireless and FIOS accounts. He was patient and took care of it easily where Verizon phone and chat support could not help at all. Thank you!

Brandon was so helpful and a great teacher for my IPhone purchase! I wanted a Samsung as I have always had that brand. There was an issue with Samsung, and the I phone did have the ability to turn off the issue. Brandon had the patience and the ability to deliver teaching (with my lingering brain issues from a trauma) and gave instructions so concisely, I could be operational that day. I am grateful for the service he provided as I know I took a large chunk of his day learning how to use my new phone. A wonderful instructor! He should consider teaching! Many thanks to this young man!

Great group of people there . Extremely friendly and helpful . Went in with an issue after being bounced around by call support and they were able to help me out and I actually got some pretty decent savings off my monthly bill with what they recommended . 10/10

I was in a month ago to purchase a new plan and set up 6 phones and the staff that day were wonderful and so accommodating. So it was very disheartening when I attempted to call the store 4 times, to be hung up on once and sent directly to their automated voicemail as soon as I called back. Only to then drive to the store to find 3 employees sitting there doing nothing. One including a manager.

One VERY rude employee with a nasty and hostile disposition completely ruined my experience with the Quakertown store in particular. There was no excuse for her behavior and I hope to never see this person again. Even though I still have business to conduct at this store.

We pay good money for the internet and cable service through Verizon as I work from home and need a dependable service. Yesterday morning the internet went out so they promised us they would be here today ... well that didn't happen. According to their dispatcher the text message giving us a time a date was in error. I explained to them that due to their faulty wire falling off of the pole next to our neighbors house that several of us are without service. Their only explanation to us was there I'd no one available as many others have been waiting longer for service. Oh that is helpful. Beyond annoyed at these inflated prices and no one to fix the problem when it is down. Just wow!!!
