Video Bonanza Inc. is a well-known retro game and movie store that has garnered a mix of reviews over the years. Many customers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, highlighting excellent customer service, particularly when it comes to fixing gaming systems. Regular visitors often find unique titles and enjoy the eclectic selection, making it a fun place to explore.
However, some reviews express concerns about pricing, noting that items can be expensive and not competitively priced compared to other stores. There are mentions of limited new stock, with some games remaining on the shelves for extended periods. The layout of the store has also been criticized, with many games displayed behind the counter, making it difficult to see prices and browse comfortably. Additionally, some customers feel that the store could benefit from a thorough cleanup to enhance the shopping experience.
Despite these criticisms, loyal customers continue to visit Video Bonanza for its unique offerings and the chance to find rare titles. Overall, while there are areas for improvement, many still consider it a hidden gem worth checking out, especially for those passionate about retro gaming and film.
This place has it all! They have a good amount of VHS. Mostly new and used DVD and Blu Ray. The prices are a little on the high side but if you take advantage of their sales it's not to bad. It's definitely worth a trip out for any cinephile.
