Made an appointment after 5 years. Visionworks was part of my new insurance plan. They were all very polite and personable. The doctor was very knowledgeable and the appointment was very quick and painless.

I went to vision works 7 visits w/ 4 complete exams 2 different Dr's and still got a pair of glass that gave me terrible headaches after wearing them for 15minutes . With little to no apologies . And Not even 1 word about giving my money back!!!!!!

It was great they accommodated my schedule , I had to cancel a few times and they were just so very compassionate. They are very qualified kind they knew exactly everything I needed and the process was so simple compared-to other places. This was the best vision place ever I would recommend them to anybody that needs an eye exam to glasses the whole process.

I was in earlier today and had an exam with Dr. Chacon, who did an amazing job! Really, really loved how efficient and personable she was. The assistant was amazing as well who brought me back for the hot hair balloon/house test. The front desk staff was great too and very kind. I look forward to continuing care with Dr. Chacon!

I thought this store was always good but I am now I am most disappointed. I dropped off my glasses for repair more than two weeks ago and I was told that I would hear back within a few days. No one has contacted me. It is absolutely impossible to get through to the store by phone either directly or through their central customer service number. Their chat service which They suggest you use on the website is so useless it cannot even find the store. Appalling! They make it absolutely impossible for you to contact them and get a hold of a human being without actually visiting the store. It is unfortunate because the employees who work there are actually very good. The problem is with the inability to reach reach them and get customer service

Quick, easy process. I appreciate the care of the staff to make recommendations and tailor my exam to what was important for me. I ran out of contacts and they gave me a trial pair to hold me over and try out. I left with exactly what I needed and in only 30min!

Doctor and associates are very nice and professional. Glasses were very accurate. But Customer service is horrible. Phone system is ridiculous. Chatline is hopeless. It is impossible to get through to the local store. In order to have any questions answered about an order, etc you have to drive to the store in person. Nobody answers the phone locally. You are put into an endless loop that goes nowhere. Very frustrating.

Thanks to the super team working Monday July 30, 2024!! I made the appointment using the mailer that came in. Same day appointment. Great service, very attentive team who listen to your needs and exceed expectations. My glasses took a fall at Lowe's and we're just a wreck, so grateful for the service.
