I don’t give anything under a three star unless it’s absolutely violating moral or ethical values but this was a 2 star experience.
Only time I come here is when I’m absolutely desperate. I needed teeth whitening strips- pushed the button for 40mins!!!!! No one came, asked other associates and they didn’t have the key and didn’t even bother to get someone. So sad that it’s so hard to find good staff. I was not able to get what I needed so I walked out. So sad they lost a good customer.

I am so grateful to Vicky in your customer service department who went to a lot of trouble to check if you had an item that I was looking for. It would’ve been a long drive up there for me to get it and as it turns out you didn’t have it so the extra time and energy that she took to go look for that for me and be able to tell me that it was out of stock meant a lot to me. Thank you so much for your wonderful workers there and a beautiful store that you offer to the public. But just wanted to make sure Vicky got recognized for taking the time to help me and check on that product since it took a long time to do that. Thank you ?
