Warehouse Battery Outlet, Inc. (WBO) has been serving the Mid-Atlantic region since 1985, evolving from a retail store into a large wholesale and retail battery distributor. The business offers a wide selection of batteries, including common types like alkaline, watch, hearing aid, and dog collar batteries, as well as more obscure batteries such as Bipower prizmatic batteries. Customers appreciate their efficient and friendly service, often receiving quick, 5 to 15-minute battery replacements. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile, providing assistance even for customers in wheelchairs or those who are mute. WBO is known for fair prices, good selection, and the ability to get batteries not readily available online. Customers are encouraged to visit locally instead of ordering from Amazon, supporting a long-standing local business. The team is also praised for their helpfulness, including providing loaner batteries and carrying batteries for customers when needed. Overall, Warehouse Battery Outlet is a trusted, reliable place for battery needs, combining great service with a wide range of products.
