I love shopping at health food stores but can't go every day. i like Giant even though they seem to taking over the world like Walmart which is now over priced but people haven't caught on. Not sure why everything has doubled in the usa but i'm sure there is a logical reason every one will immediately agree with. what i like about Giant nice employees returns are simple selection of some organic non gmo foods they are better for that than all the stores on west end Aldie and Grocery out have maybe 2or 3 things I could get there. So i go to Giant all the time. what could be improved lower the loud music they stopped selling products that i was consistently buying, customer service wasn't any help, they said sorry. left notes but it's not like the smaller stores Frey's, healthy alternatives, organnons, kimberton, etc. where they will stock it for you.let the check out employees sit on a stool. it is inhumane to force them to stand, hour after hour. i think they fixed the bathroom toilet paper, so they are off the floor the robot is just creepy, get rid of it. use local farms that don't radiate the food

unfortunately, Giant has a near monoploy in this area. Overpriced, overpriced, overpriced, usually out of stock, overly entitled employees.Go elsewhere if you can

Giant has been a big help starting through Covid and up to current. There is one employee I wish to call out for her unbelievably good service and attitude. Her name is Cheryl Gyro. She works in the Quakertown Pennsylvania store. She manages to pick up for the grocery department. She is upbeat, very courteous, and always manages to pick the best substitutes if I am unable to get a certain item. I hope she gets some kind of recognition, because she certainly deserves it in my book.

Went to the Giant located at 901 S. West End Blvd. tonight. First let me start by saying this Giant has been going down hill for months! Tonight there was a very slim selection for water. Not sure why all of the shelves aren't stocked since we are no longer in the pandemic. I really went to the supermarket for a single rose, balloon, and bud vase. There weren't any bud vases sitting out so I asked the woman at the self check out to help me. She told me that they didn't have any bud vases. I told her I saw one on the counter. She spoke into her microphone and again I was told that there weren't any. I told her again I see one sitting on the counter. So frustrating!!! Are people really that lazy?? When I told her I was going to email corporate she tells me that she can't leave her station....Really???? You weren't at you station when I walked up and suddenly you can't leave it??????!!! Corporate really needs to have some customer service classes for these folks!

Horrible! Debit transactions were not permitted (system issues) and the only notice was a small sign on the front door that most people didn't notice (I noticed it on the way out). Customers were lined up at the ATM! The notice also stated credit card system was also down but my cc transaction did go through. Deli associate was rude to my husband when he hesitated on a selection (no one else was in line). Never again.

Giant, this is deplorable!! I went to buy some salmon, and came across this in your seafood section: two salmon fillets, one whole, the other cut in half. The whole filet: 10.99/lb The one cut in half: 22.55/lb ITS THE SAME SALMON!!!!! Absolute ripoff!!!

This isn't my local Giant (I live in Souderton down Route 309) but I have stopped in this Giant in Quakertown Plaza a few times over the years. It's a large, clean and well stocked Giant store, the employees are friendly and there is plenty of parking too! Not to mention the gas station in the same parking lot is handy too. I don't always stop in because I am not always in the area but when I do stop in it is always a pleasant experience.

This review is for their gas station which screws you out of gas points by faulty pumps that stop before you filled your tank and if you try to restart it...it erases the gas points. When you talk to attendants they just nonchalantly say "oh yeah they do that" and say they will pass it on to the store manager which they either don't do or the store manager just doesn't care! It's a shame because you give the store so much money in grocery buys and think you are getting a good incentive out of it but you get screwed over by faulty pumps that have yet to be fixed since at least spring!
