Fix your ATM machine so that people can deposit money into their account. I never have any issues at any other branch except this one. I even told one of the tellers they need it serviced almost two months ago. You could have the crispiest bills and that machine still wouldn’t take them.

Truist failed to send me my new debit card before my old one expired. When we contacted them at the beginning of the expiration month, they assured us it would arrive in time. Here it is now the end of the month and it hasn't arrived. I will be requesting another be sent to me hoping it arrives before next month. I really miss BB&T and Susquehanna Bank.

Would someone with banking experience please go to this location and apply for a job! They are constantly understaffed or closing the lobby early. Today I was there and the drive through was closed too. I keep saying I will run to the Willow Street branch before here and my experience today will just confirm that again. Always call before you go to make sure that they're open!

Takes about an hour to do anything. Majority of staff doesn’t know what they’re doing. Also I hate purple.

I'm a new client. Opened two accounts with staff who were thorough, very clearly explaining all the details. As a 77 yr old I was so pleased with the process. ILSA was the customer service rep. Very good experience.

Horrible branch I deposited cash the day before next day nothing. Called them after they opened still straight to after hours voice recording. Still no money. The day I deposited the cash the teller was rude and seemed more worried about closing and going home then worrying about my deposit. Called willow Street branch for help they answered right away. Still waiting for any update.

Wait forever in drive thu! Not occasionally it every single time! 10 to 15 minutes! Like being at Walmart with one checker!
