They really had to get rid of my mom's belongings in the storage because it was a mess when it wasn't, they really pissed me off and should never got rid of her stuff.

The people who are in the office are very PROFESSIONAL have had no complaints. They are also expanding which is always a plus

Very secure place and you can use your own lock. Also it is all fenced in and to get in you must have a code to get in. Worry free
