“I've been a patient at this facility since 2012. I didn't particularly like the first doctor that I had. He didn't do anything medically wrong, but his personality wasn't what I was used to from past doctors. I found him to be arrogant. Since then, I've had several different doctors, and I can honestly say that I've been satisfied with all of them. That being said, you should understand that this is a teaching facility, and you won't have the same doctor for any longer than two years. Also, since it's a teaching facility, you're going to have very young doctors, and you should be highly proactive with your own healthcare. Ask a lot of questions, and do your research, because they're not as experienced as a doctor that's been in practice for 20-30 years. But, these young doctors need to learn, on the job. So, it's an important facility to have for them to get the experience that they need. If no one has a place to learn on the job, what's the future of our entire healthcare system? As for the front desk staff, sometimes you may get someone that isn't so friendly. I take that as a grain of salt, because, haven't we all had bad days at work? After what our healthcare workers have been through with COVID these past 2 years, I try to be more understanding. I believe they're all trying their best in a difficult situation.”

“The nursing staff at this office are top notch! There has been a lot of changes with doctors but the nurses keep it running smoothly even being clearly overworked. Most of the front desk is friendly and helpful but some you can tell don't want to be there.”
