Can't seem to understand why my mail isn't being delivered when my normal mail lady isn't on just watched them walk right past i have mail today it gets scanned in at the main post office looks like I'm going to have to seek counsel against the post office for illegally withholding my mail this isn't the first time either it's been multiple times and I have important mail that I needed and never got!!! Complete bs and maybe someone needs to lose their job!!!

I wish they would pick up their phone. Fingerprint services were not working. Had to drive 30 minutes for no service.

They suck very poor mail is always in the wrong box and mail box door is always let open and gets wet or blows out the carriers suck and so does the supervisor is always a Jerk off he don't not care i have showed him. Pictures so much

I love Cindy at Lancaster post office. It's location was impeccable centrally across from Lancaster police office....I highly recommended for them to have performing arts ....mantra

Received a package which was left out in the rain. The box came apart and the manufacturer packaging inside was also damaged as a result. In the past they have bagged some of the most irrelevant items because of inclement weather conditions. Not this time. Quality of service is severely lacking with the couriers nowadays.

For years now - The past 4 at least, I’ve had a very poor experience with the postal carriers at this office. I’ve had NUMEROUS packages destroyed by the carrier blatantly disregarding “do not bend” posted on the front of some, as well as receiving them wet and ripped. I have lost hundreds of dollars from this. After fighting this and getting a small amount back from the post office, it was decent for awhile. Now, I hardly ever received MY MAIL, or MY PACKAGES. My neighbors get more of my mail and packages than I do. I have to knock on everyone’s door to see who has what because I have the thing where you can see what’s coming in the mail on that day. This is absolutely disgusting. Its not hard to put the correct mail in the correct boxes or on the correct porches. My box and house has our numbers posted VERY CLEARLY. . . as do others. Some things that never arrived or Neighbors didn’t have - I never was able to recover - mail and packages and this has truly caused me SO MUCH STRESS AND HASSLE. I didn’t know they were allowed to be smoking cigarettes & delivering either - that must be new. Sometimes my stuff smells like nothing but smoke. Overall I’m disgusted with my experience. Not every single carrier is bad, but I’m speaking overall, over the last 4-5 years it’s been terrible IN GENERAL. I wish they’d get their acts together. There is no excuse when handling other peoples mail & packages. If you can’t deliver properly, find a new job. There’s no excuse I’m tired of hearing them as I’ve heard several….tampering with mail is a federal offense and I consider this tampering if you cannot place it in the correct place and just hand it off to strangers who more times than not never return it to the rightful owner.
