This is specifically for their Billing Customer Service. I’d give no stars if I could. I love my providers!Where does Main Line Health fall short? Their billing!! They have billed my primary care claims wrong to IBX and even giving them a couple months to resolve it I still have claims they can’t seem to fix it despite promising me they would 7 weeks ago. That’s why I am submitting this review. The providers are great but the billing gives me a headache they don’t want to resolve. When I mention this to other MLH patients I get similar reports. Their billing department acts like a third party billing company and reflects poorly on MLH.

Main Line Home Health and Hospice. My husband currently has services. The OT and PT decided to laugh at me on my own driveway as they were leaving. I do not get anywhere with the social worker. They make things worse and more stressful. I am very disappointed.

Main Line Home Care sent a nurse (Christa) an occupational therapist (Lindy) and a physical therapist (Chris) to help my dad after a hospitalization. They were punctual and professional. They really helped my dad increase his mobility and strength. They provided us with other invaluable information to help him navigate the house safely. We are grateful for their help and support.

WHAT A LAZY INCOMPETENT GROUP OF PEOPLE. LET ME TELL YOU THAT I HAVE NEVER WITNESSED SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR FROM A GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS. I TALKED TO ANGELA ABOUT GETTING CARE FOR MY MOTHER AND SHE WAS THE MOST DISINTERESTED, ARROGANT, UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON AROUND. COULD CARE LESS WHAT I WANTED, DIDN'T ASK QUESTIONS, JUST KEPT SAYING IF YOU WANT CARE ITS 175.00. COULDN'T FIGURE OUT WHAT I WOULD BE PAYING 175 DOLLARS FOR? BECAUSE SHE WAS TOO BUSY RUNNING HER MOUTH ABOUT THINGS I DON'T CARE ABOUT. HOW ABOUT TAKING AN INTEREST IN YOUR CUSTOMER SWEETHEART. WHAT A TURN OFF. THEY WOULD BE BETTER IF THEY JUST HAD A ROBOT ANSWER THE PHONE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I HAD ONE PREVIOUS ENCOUNTER WITH THIS GROUP TWO YEARS AGO, THE CAREGIVERS AND NURSE THEY SENT WERE PHENOMENAL BUT IF THIS IS THE WHAT YOU ARE PAYING 175 DOLLARS FOR PRIVATE SERVICES DON'T USE THIS PLACE. JUST MY OPINION. FIGURED I WOULD POST HERE SO THAT THEY CAN LISTEN TO THE TRAIN WRECK THEY PUT IN CHARGE OF ANSWERING THE PHONES.

I have been seeing Dr. Hirsch, whom has so far been incredible. We will be performing my upcoming surgery. While I was scheduling for anesthesia, I spoke to Chris at the home care and hospice, Radner location. Chris went above and beyond to make sure I had every bit of information I needed and that I felt confident with the information provided. All of the staff that I have met have been friendly and helpful, but Chris was phenomenal. He even got me a date 1 month ahead of the scheduler. Excellent service!!!

I don't know who gave these people five star rating it must have been family and friends because their service stinks I'm not a happy client at all they have a bunch of Vikings working for them as Healthcare Home Health Care nurses that horrible they nearly got my mother evicted and tried to say that she was incompetent and did not and could not move about and being dependent on her own total bald-faced lie was told by these people because she did not want to accept their services anymore that is horrible sneaky and conniving that's horrible and really is I would recommend you people to no one In fact I would suggest anybody who's looking for Home Health Care Services not the contact these people or have any dealings with them meanwhile I will be contacting a lawyer about this situation

Got my covid shot here, convenient and everyone was nice. Also was able to get it weeks before the city, work and penn medicine offered it. Definitely sticking with mainline. Thanks!

I got my first Covid-19 vaccine shot here last week. It was quick and professional. All the staff were wonderful. Lots of older folks getting their shots. Nearly everyone, staff and patients were smiling and in a great mood.

Very professionally run vaccine site. Everyone is very supportive and kind. I didn't expect that. I expected to just get the vaccine and be done with it. However everyone is so accommodating and thoughtful

In 2007-2011, I had an excellent, caring MLH doctor. I moved out of the state but when I returned, I went back to MLH - different doctors. I have noticed how much the care has disintegrated. If you have too many health issues, the docs don't want you. And even though I had medical records transferred when I moved back - records that are important to my care - no one's ever so much as glanced at them. I can tell because I get asked questions that date back to 2011-2012 - questions which are answered in the records for 2012-2019. Very scary actually.

Home Health Care Services are not well coordinated, difficult to navigate and services are fair at best.

Main Line Health hospitals and doctors have been my choice for healthcare for over 30 years, which makes me heartbroken to have to leave such a poor review. Whomever is running this organization should be FIRED immediately because they are going from bad to worse and I don't see a very bright future if they don't re-direct their efforts properly. This healthcare system has become one of the most NON PATIENT-CENTRIC, time wasting, disrespectful organizations in the region. MLH Prefers to try and WOW with their fancy facilities but is lacking in common-sense protocols, procedures and apparently training for their personnel. The decision to not pay for records transfer when implementing the EPIC system was one of the last straws for me and my family. The leadership preferred to place that burden on each office to spent 45 minutes of each patient's visit re-entering their entire health and medication history, which now I'm told may be a yearly occurrence. I'm sorry but I deserve the 45 minutes of my yearly physical to actually be directed to addressing my healthcare needs, NOT YOUR DATA ENTRY PROBLEM.The final straw was my inability to make a simple second HPV vaccination appointment for my daughter. After a day of waiting and getting re-directed in a circle I was forced to physically go TO her provider's office to make the appointment, where I was prevented from even accessing our practice staff and forced to make the appointment as if I were in an emergency room (or a Walmart) NOT a FAMILY PRACTICE.Main Line Health acts like patients are their employees and they are doing you a huge favor by providing your healthcare - NEWS FLASH - there are plenty of other options and MY TIME is valuable, my HEALTH should be your priority and I'm exhausted from dealing with your ridiculous policies and disorganization. I imagine I will be reading about the lawsuits that will undoubtedly arise from the poor decision to have untrained, clueless staff enter critical patient health data under time constraints and duress. The people in charge should worry less about their corporate bonuses and more about the actual processes that make for a good, SAFE healthcare organization.
