This is the closest TD branch to work, so I went to this branch to open my secured credit card. They explained well about the procedure and helped me to open the account accordingly. I did not made reservation in advance and did not wait more than 10 mins.

If I could give a half star I would. However I made sure I pulled all of my money out. I refuse to bank where I'm not appreciated.

When I arrived at TD Bank on 26 March to get cash to tip my hairstylist across the street the employees were congregated behind the counter. The young man asked me if I needed assistance. I said yes he asked me what I wanted. that's when I told him I would like to speak with somebody at the desk about my accounts. A woman named Deborah told me to follow her. She asked me for my identification and bank cards. I put them on her desk and she had a stank attitude with me for no reason because of all of the fees that TD Bank charged on my account, I wanted to take my cash Out of my account and requested that she refund me the $70 that was taken out of my account illegally. She said no so I asked to speak to the manager. She stated she was the manager. Since she had a horrible attitude and was very rude. I told her that I just would like to withdraw my cash from my accounts, and that I would go to another branch Where I have received excellent customer service in the past. She told me to go to the teller to withdraw my funds. The teller began giving me my money when she stated that at least her accounts weren't overdrawn. She tried to humiliate and embarrass me, not knowing about my recent Emergency health crisis causing me to not be able to work. So when I called her nasty, she asked what did I say? I told her you heard me. I reminded her that she was at work and I was unable to work for the past three weeks, I felt humiliated and disrespected in public around other customers, and felt that there was no need for her to make such a snide comment not knowing my situation. I felt that my right to privacy was violated and when I contacted the bank today, they told me that she had closed my accounts after I specifically requested them left open so that I could retrieve the stolen funds at an alternate branch. If you have money at this bank, I suggest you take it outand deposit it in the bank that deserves your business because they do not. They don't respect their customers and they don't respect our right to privacy.

Very pleasant experience at this branch. Staff was simply awesome. Opened new accounts in less than 30 minutes!

Customers service is totally worst waited more than 20mins no response. The lady said she will be right here but she disappeared. I am here to get my credit card but no one help. Totally worthless no idea what is going at this bank today. Then she came here while I was almost leaving and she was way to unhelpful. I hope they will improve the service

TD Bank has always treated me well and I've banked with them for many years. They offer a very convenient notary service at no charge for TD customers.

I've been to a ton of banks in my lifetime and to be honest, we all know there will be tons of wait times and small inconveniences. However, this bank location is simply inconsistent with their practices. I understand how difficult these times are and would love to support the location as best as possible. Yet...The inconsistencies such as having the sole physical ATM having no money inside or without any paper for receipts is inexcusable especially when you can see the personnel inside laughing and having a grand time. The other inconsistency is how the drive-thru operates. More often than not, there are no attendants during the new business hours which makes any banking difficult since it is discouraged to enter the premises beyond the ATM. Alas, these inconsistencies existed prior to the pandemic but are extenuated now.
