To preface this post I have never taken the time to sit down and write an actual review in my life, but this experience was so awful I had no choice.
I ordered a year's worth of daily contacts and a pair of glasses back in May. I was told my glasses were ready on two separate occasions and that I had to drive to the store to pick them up. Upon arriving BOTH TIMES the glasses were completely damaged in the case and unwearable. I decided to just request a refund because I was not driving to the store a 3rd time in hopes the glasses were in tact.
Fast forward a few weeks to and I was dissatisfied with the daily contacts I was given. This isn't the store's fault, however I have asked several times to exchange the contacts for the ones that I have worn over the past few years and the run around I've been getting is absolutely ridiculous. I have called several times and was told that I have to get approval from my doctor to switch back to contacts they've sold me over the past couple of years (that's a whole different story). Every single time I call I get told that they are reaching out to my doctor to confirm and that they will give me a call back... surprise I never get a call back.
Fast forward to today 6.3.25 - I called at 11:00AM asking what the status is and if they have heard from my doctor. They said she is in the office and they'll ask and give me a call back at 12:30. I did not receive a call back and when I called again at 2:00PM they answered the phone, put me on hold, and then disconnected the call. Every attempt to call back since has sent me to a customer service representative that told me they'll get back to me within 48 hours.
Absolutely appalled by the service of this specific vision works branch and I can confidently say that once this matter is resolved (if ever) they have officially lost my business for good.

The team was amazing! They were so kind and helpful through the process. Me and my husband loved the visionlink option. It was quick and easy and we had our prescription within an hour.

I had a lens Rx exam with Seo and she was very nice and professional.
Erin was my service rep. She was very thorough in explaining how could maximize my vision benefits to get more than I expected. She reminded me that I had 300$ in OTC credits so that with my Davis benefits, I got a great deal on 2 pairs of glasses.👍😁 Erin was great to work with!
Great eye exam, great sales service by Erin, and great deal on 2 pairs of glasses!

I'm very disappointed with this place and will never come back. I came to get my vision checked and they remarked that the glasses I had before was poorly made. So trusting their assessment, I order new glasses for hefty price. Less than 6 months later the left hinge of the frame broke even though I wore it only twice per week. It seems like a manufacture defect because I didn't drop it or apply any stress on the hinges. So I came back expecting to have it repaired with no cost or a small sum of money only to be told I have to order new frame for another hefty price... They said I had no warranty. Strange...all the other places I go to would have fixed it with no charge if it broke less than 6 months. So I decided to repair it myself with some wires I had at home, there is no way I am paying for new POOR quality frames. Month later the same thing happen on the right hinge with the same exact problem. This confirms that the problem is the way the frame was manufactured... It's funny that I was told that my previous glasses were of poor quality which lasted for years while the ones I got from this place lasted no more than 6 months. I am glad I didn't waste my money getting new ones from this place. And I will be going somewhere else to get glasses.

Avoid at all costs. They waste your time and don’t go in order. Should not take an hour and a half when you have an appointment.

My 13-year-old daughter was in for contacts. The doctor did the exam and then told us we need to see a specialist. I was then rushed to the next room to have my daughter try contacts- two people popped in and out of the room gave her two completely different directions, it was very confusing. None of the technicians seem to be talking to the other technicians. I did proceeded to get glasses where no one helped me pick out frames. Upon leaving, I was charged a hefty amount. Half hour after leaving, I decided to cancel my order only to find out that they had charged me for contacts and glasses. I I explained what happened to the lady on the phone and why I was canceling. Her response was sorry, my bad. I feel like the whole experience was a confusing up sell.

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful as I was unsure about my insurance. Everything worked out perfectly and was in and out. Excited to come in and get glasses next. Thank you for the fantastic service!

Dr. Draskovic is a wonderful provider. She is thorough, informative, kind, and gentle. It is refreshing how passionate she is for her job and cares for her patients. I always have a good experience here. The other two staff members I worked with at the front were friendly and helpful.

Husband had to have an invasive eye surgery after his last appointment at this Visionworks. He was told at this recent appointment that they "saw the issue last year" but they never told him. Subsequently, making the issue much worse.

Excellent and efficient customer service. Experienced knowledgeable and friendly opticians. Clinical Specialists helped me with my Eyewear too! I always feel in such great hands with Dr. Draskovic. I highly recommend Visionworks Radnor.

Duped again with appointment scheduling. Who wants to have a telehealth vision appt??? Always an issue.
