Start by getting people who answer the phone instead of picking up and hanging up the phone. When I stop making payments don’t call me cuz I’m gonna do the same thing to yall. Not answer. Needed service done on my washer. Now yall can pick this shit up and I’ll get one somewhere else.

If it were possible to give zero stars I definitely would have!! After placing an online order for a refrigerator that showed it was in stock I was informed that it had to be shipped to the store before they could even deliver it to my home!! I was told that it could take up to ten days to even get to the store and they would keep me posted! After waiting eight days with no human contact, only receiving multiple texts and emails about the TWO accounts that I have with one being past due I contacted the store to cancel my order only to be told by a very unenthusiastic employee that they may not be able to refund my deposit because they had to pay to have it shipped!! I will definitely be going somewhere else and I highly recommend that everyone does the same!!

Yes I said exchange refrigerator,,
So I initially wanted a black refrigerator but was sent a silver one….: I was so over it I just kept it,, I got the refrigerator on an emergency to begin with cause mine went out… so I had to get one, called Aaron’s, got one, a month maybe a month and a half, that refrigerator went out…: now I’m pissed,, I do not have money on groceries to just throw away, not to mention, I had an injury at work, and had to come out on workman’s comp, and was told I should have been called them, as if I knew I was gonna get hurt, only at the time 1 payment behind…. lol,,, ( paid it that same day of my surgery) …… now getting back, I called them on Tuesday about my fridge going out they couldn’t get another one out till Thursday, so again.. wasted food.. now they are still calling me about payments… I said well who is going to reimburse me for my food? They said you have to talk to the general manager, who I’m just talking to after almost a month ago.. so no one has contacted me about my refrigerator that went out for servicing, and no one has contacted me about reimbursement, but yall calling me about payment???? The GM gets on the phone with his ignorant self, and say well let’s just take away the payments you owe.. which isn’t much.: cause I spend way more in food then I do $130 a month on the fridge….. so you wanna take a lil payment away and think that’s gonna fix the problem, I said, you haven’t even spoken numbers to me, he says well I’ll clear the other payments, so you wanna make a payment today??? Like No!!! I want you to tell me how much you plan on taking off and I tell you how much money I spent that went down the drain on yall fridge that went out!!!! But I will definitely be reaching out to corporate…. And they can have the loaner fridge back…. Mind you I’ve been a Pottstown Customer for years, paid off early, and done it again:: I will put my money somewhere that actually cares about their customers…..

Unfortunately my husband and I were in the market for a new bedroom suite last month on the 14th. Two days later my husband had a seizure and fell on his face and head. I called back too this Aaron's that I have been going to for years. I told them exactly what happened. The boss at the store told me he would do the refund. About a week and a half goes by nothing. I called back and spoke with the boss of the branch and he said he will refund it then, even though he said he would do it days ago before this phone conversation. Once again I waited and nothing. I called the customer service hotline and explained to them what had happened. The gentleman I spoke to named was Ronnie. He told me he would contact the Branch manager Chris, and that he would contact me. Nothing, not a call. I spoke to Ronnie again after the first call, and he told me he was sorry and that it would be taken care of, and that Chris would call me. Nothing. Fast forward to a few days ago. I spoke to one of the employees, and he told me that my refund was finally done on the 8th of April. I am still waiting for my refund. They really do not care. So just keep this in mind when you visit this store.
P.S. It is now May 16th 2024 and Aaron's has yet to refund my money. I just do not understand. I will keep posting until they refund my money.
P.S.S the company finally refunded my money on Tuesday June 25th. They did not care about me as a customer. I never received a phone call from the head boss Chris not once in all of these months. I will tell you one thing. If you do decide to use this company know that they do not care about you as a person or customer just as a dollar. They should be ashamed of themselves. Do better Aaron's.

This place is horrible to deal with. They have no respect for their customers and they charge you way more than what you can buy something. They were charging me 2400 for a computer, I bought the same exact one, with more storage for 500.00 if you want to get treated poorly and over charged shop here. If not, go somewhere else.

This is my first time going to Aaron for a specific item when in and told them exactly what I'm looking for by time I started a payment plan for it they sent the similar item but not exactly what I asked for I called to replace it any they mad me aware that I have to render it on their site and I don't want to pay more money then wat it already cost me I thought I could trust them I 100 percent would not recommend

Pablo who delivered my washer/dryer set is the only reason I'm doing this review. He is very polite, exhibited great work ethic and takes his job very serious. Unfortunately I had to refuse the set because the dryer doesn't come with the dryer hose ( which isn't on their website) and they don't even install them anyways ( which also isn't on their website). I felt very bad that Pablo brought both the washer and dryer to my house, hooked the dryer up but then had to unhook it and take it back to the truck.

My relative recently bought furniture online, called Aaron's to pick up rented furniture but each time they call to cancel, Aaron's tried to get them to continue. (They still have another 12 months to pay) They are tired of renting and just wanted to purchase new, never owned pieces. Stop trying to guilt people into your rentals. If we want to cancel we should be allowed to cancel. I will not recommend them to anyone else I know.

The store at reading on the 5th street I have had nothing but a bad experience with. First of all the lack of communication is one you tell them something and they don’t even make a note on the account. Second I have paid my bill every month and somehow I got a month behind. I don’t even know how that is possible. Then I tell them I am going to make a payment for the 25 and I get a nasty certified piece of mail. They didn’t even give me a chance to keep my word. I am two seconds away from going with rent a center

They should call Aaron’s from Lititz Pike Lancaster and 3411 4th street Reading the worst rental site EVER. Filled with loud mouth customer service and uncaring management. Where is the customer service anymore??? Why are these companies allowed to hang the phones up on future customers that have questions that are lazy and don’t want to do their jobs??? Speak any which way they wish when they are there to represent that company. I have been with Aaron’s for over 20 years and yes they have stank in the past. But, they truly have both stores above hit rock bottom. Also their corporate store doesn’t care either when you make a complaint since most our independent stores. So, hey why don’t we all become animals like Aaron’s workers if they can do it why can’t we!!!!! Don’t say I didn’t warn you.
