Recently I visited the Temple AT&T store and was assisted by George, the manager. I made the decision to switch my carrier to AT&T, bundle services, and purchase a new phone. Despite it being super busy in the store, George spent a considerable amount of time with my family explaining the service, bundle, savings and phone features. No request was too small or too large. The customer service and knowledge of George and his staff is second to none. Repeat customer for life. Thank you!

Terrible service if you are Hispanic, they don't even greet you, they make you wait for a long time and in the end they don't serve you because they prefer to serve the customer who has just arrived because apparently in this store they prefer to serve only American customers.
