We went there to get prepaid service. When the manager George found out that Sandra was a teacher he said I can get you a teacher discount and you will walk away paying only $5We said sure and at the end we finally asked him how much the bill was going to be every month and he said $50We said it was supposed to be prepaid ($30) he said this is a better deal.He put it in as post paid and created an account but Sandra was not able to activate a phone that day because she could not get a transfer pin.Also so while we were there he kept asking who our Wi-Fi carrier was, who my cell phone service was through, etcI understand that they have to do their sales pitch but to change a prepaid service plan to a postpaid without prior approval. Causing Sandra to having to go to Walmart and get 3 different SIM cards, 3 separate times (6 mile drive) cause her phone refused to work.She called AT&T over and over but you can never get ahold of anyone physical because she did not have an account but had to get the port canceled.So she reached back out to George to make an appointment and they said he was not available. (But she heard him in the background saying he wasn't available)When she went up there he told her it was up to her to get the port canceled that he wished that she would have let him know she was coming and that way she would not have had to waste a trip but he was sitting right next to the personal on the phone when she had called earlierSandra finally decided to go to the Wyomissing store and everybody she talks to constantly tries to sell her a service she does not need, asks about Wi-Fi, just does not listen to anything she is saying.The long story short, this guy George caused her to spend hours on the phone, hours driving,much frustration and a week without a phone that would not workSomething should be done about this person but of course you know nothing will be so beware

I went in to the Temple, PA AT&T store to try to get help combining my account with my husband’s account. I had tried previously via AT&T’s customer service phone line, but it became a confused mess. I was greeted by Georges, the branch manager. I explained what I wanted to do. He explained that he would require both my husband and me to be there at the same time, for security reasons. I made an appt, and we went into the branch today, a Saturday, and the day after the iPhone 15 launched. Despite it being very busy, George took his time with us, heard us out about what we wanted to accomplish on this visit, reviewing the coverage that we had, even changed/updated my married name and email address. He checked all available discounts to make sure we were getting the best possible price, and the best possible coverage. I will go out of my way to do all future AT&T and phone needs with this branch, expressly because of the service we got from Georges today!! Thank you, Georges! He embodies what customer service is supposed to be!

I started out very disappointed disappointed. My daughter went in today to try to get the prepaid service figured out. The sales person charged her for an annual plan. After the charge, the sales person said that the plan won’t work for her phone and he can’t refund the money or put towards any other plan. I have tried calling this store and no one picks up the phone. I am beyond disgusted that you can make a mistake like this and the customer pays.UPDATE: After speaking to a manager and another sales associate they were able to fix all problems. I appreciate the help very much.

George helped my experience to be very pleasant, stress-free, and ironically very quick. He knows his electronics. The longest part of my visit was waiting for my data to transfer to my new phone very pleased. Thank you, George.

I had a positive experience once again...I ended up buying a new phone and getting in home internet and cable tv for 1/2 the price I was paying for Comcast.So yay for AT&T and for me..I was with Comcast for 30 years so it was about time I looked into saving money.

George helped me transition from Verizon to AT&T with ease. He was very easy to work with and didn't over sell on the products in store. Laid out all the details and made the transaction seamless. Will recommend George and his team with confidence. If you want a personalized experience this is the team. If you're are short on patience and in a rush. Go to a bigger store where they can just get you in and out like another customer.

I was extremely happy with the service yesterday. Your staff working helped me tremendously with any questions I had and also pointing me in the right direction for my cell phone needs and pointing out special deals I took advantage of. Very satisfied!! Unlike the ATT corporate store at the Berkshire Mall store.

She was there by herself and made sure everyone was helped,sold me a phone and don’t try to up sell me on anything she knew I didn’t want,great service and quick explanations to my questions,made buying a phone less stressful
