Always a poor experience when visiting this store. Employees are either smoking out front or on their personal phones when they could be tending to the line of customers. I'll go 5min out of my way to Douglasville unless this store is the only one with the part needed.

Bless the sergeant gentleman who helped us. After a morning of trying to jump my car with questionable cables and multiple calls to disgruntled fathers, this man came down like an angel from heaven. He helped us find the right battery and install it in the car all while educating us on how to safely break a circuit. Thanks to him, I will never get superpowers from electrocuting myself on a haywire battery. I hope his pillow is cold on both sides, I hope his coffee always stays just warm enough without burning his tongue, and I hope he is happy for the rest of his days.

Good prices . Point system and can earn 20 dollars, got to spend at least 20 dollars 5 times for a 20 dollar credit, if it’s not in stock they usually will get it next day.

So I had went back n forth several times to get wipers for my car which required specific wipers that I never needed before. So after my 3rd or 4th time having trouble, a worker by the name Anthony went out of his way(mind you it was a busy Friday) to get me the perfect wipers I needed for my car. Helped me quickly and he knew exactly what I needed and also helped me save $ but getting me a deal on the wipers!! If you’re not so good with cars and don’t really know what you need I definitely recommend seeing Anthony. Literallly treated me like I was a human lol. Thank you again Anthony, I really appreciate your effort and help!

10/10 Store manger was great help. I Came in to get my alternator tested he checked it told me I needed a new one that same day I went back to get it exchanged since It had warranty and he help me again with no problem. Best autozone to go too great customer service great manager will come back there again
