I bought a used vehicle from Bob Fisher Chevrolet last week and was very pleased with the experience. I've dealt with many terrible dealers before, and this was one of the least painful I've been to. My salesman Robert was very informative and responsive to all of my questions and requests, the sales manager Dave was friendly, and the finance manager Kevin was fun to talk to. They worked with me to get it to a price I could afford, and didn't include frivolous extras.There were several mechanical issues with the vehicle before I picked it up, and the team at Bob Fisher was very clear that they clear that they were going to make sure they were selling me a fully-functioning machine. I was impressed at the speed with which they performed the repairs, the level of communication I received throughout the process, and accommodations they made for me while I waited for my truck.In the last week I've put several hundred miles on it, towed a trailer for a day, and taken it offroading briefly, and it's performed beautifully. I'm very happy with the vehicle and would recommend Bob Fisher to anyone looking for a customer service-oriented dealer.

I came back to Bob fisher Chevy to purchase a ZR2 bison after purchasing a Silverado and a c8 corvette from them in the past. Like always, the deal is always so good as soon as you walk in the door and the trades are always awesome. I spoke to my salesperson Jeanette and explain to her where I need to be in trades and a monthly payment at a great rate.The deal was done in a few hours on a brand new Silverado ZR2 Bison addition with a rate at 4%, that rate is unheard of in this current year we are in, now just to mention, my wife and I have excellent credit, but I know Bob FIsher will get anyone a great rate with all their knowledge in dealing with the banks.I am loving this new SIlverado ZR2. Thank you so much Jeannette and David for all your help to make this happen. I will return to buy another car from you, maybe even another c8 corvette.Bill and Joanne Davis

The vehicle I'm driving was purchased here, this is the only place I like having anything done to the vehicle from inspection, oil changes to any needed repairs. I went to this location to check on a few issues recently. I walked into the office where I'm assuming collision repairs are addressed and there were 3 office employees available to greet me but no one seemed concerned with my presence until finally someone had the courage to ask if they could help. I'm sure someone else with less patience would of called for someone's attention but unfortunately for me I'm different so I waited and waited. My main concern was with the vehicle and the gentleman who finally helped me was able to resolve the problem and for that I was grateful and thankful. The other concern will be addressed soon and hopefully it will be resolved. I still have another pending issue that by now should of been resolved but I can live with that one with the expectation that it also will be resolved. The audacity to think that my demeanor was of an angry or rude individual was extremely further than the truth. Hopefully I don't upset anyone again on any future visits being that I'm an absolute gentleman. Thank you for your concern Management.

They claim customer satisfaction is their #1 priority which is clearly not the case. I had an appt at 10a to have my suburban looked at for 4 error codes that are on my dashboard. I was waited on by 2 unfriendly staff who told me it would be over $400 just to LOOK to see why I was getting those error codes. I didn’t expect it to be looked at for free, but this price is absurd and not customer focused. I left with my suburban as I will never give Bob Fisher the chance to work on my SUV and when the time comes for an upgrade I will certainly go elsewhere. Clearly the staff needs more training on customer service and setting expectations for customers. I took off work, arranged for a ride, drove 30 min one way, and all for nothing. Derek was great, no pressure and we were not there for hours on end. Finance department stated they could likely beat my credit union rate, and they did! Great smooth purchase.

We bought a car from them. We were highly pleased with our salesman. She was professional and friendly. They went above and beyond to help us. Very pleased. Staff was wonderful. They gave the kids coloring books and crayons to keep them entertained during the buying process. Wonderful dealership.

They don't respond to email inquiries, so I showed up to have my car appraised and was told to text pictures. It was days until I heard back. The appraisal came back at 11k, which is 4k LESS than what all other dealers offered, but yet the vehicle I was interested in is priced 2k OVER the high end of KBB and they do not negotiate. I'm not sure why anyone would do business with this place!

Jami was awesome! She took her time and walked us through the entire process of purchasing our new car. Definitely a great experience! This is the first new car we've purchased, but the second vehicle we've bought at Bob Fisher Chevrolet. Great staff and friendly.

I had forgotten to put down State Inspection on my online appt request but when I go there the staff did not bat an eye. They accomodated my inspection along with my 30000 mile service beautifully and quickly. I also had forgotten to bring my insurance and registration but sent in email copies which they not only printed for their records they printed a copy for me to keep in the car!!! Love coming here

Went there to have my equinox inspected and have the oil changed. After 45 minutes they came out and told me that i needed a new shock because my old one was leaking. Also told me i had a torn bushing and cracked rod and needed a front end alignment. Total cost around $1,300. Funny thing is the lady that was before me had a equinox as well and was told the exact same thing that was said to me. I told them i would reschedule my appointment because they would close before the work could be finished. I then took the my car to a different dealer and they said it needed nothing. I told them what bob fisher said and they went over the car with me and showed me everything. Really liked bob fisher but i will only go there for my oil changes from now on.
