Bought a Comcast prepaid internet modem from this store. The box literally says "free gateway" meaning free modem with the internet purchase. Got charged an extra $20. When I called to inquire about the $20 charge, was told it was for the modem/gateway. So basically they charged me $20 for something that's supposed to be free...Untrustworthy

The worst experience ever! I will never step foot in a boost mobile store again! RIP OFF/ I spent a lot of $$ in this store only to be told I could not leave with my phone and that's after the CSR charged my credit card. Purchased a brand new phone and didn't even get a case or a screen protector! WORST CUST SERVICE EVER! FRAUDS AND FAKES BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AGREES 100%

I like having boost I have been with them for a couple of years now but when I went to get a new phone a couple of months ago my charger started to act up bad and it wouldn't charge. I ended up buying a new charger and that one didn't work neither so for months i have to use the white cord it came with and charge it on my laptop ? it's been driving me crazy no one wants to help. So 2 days ago my daughter wanted a new phone I didn't know she wanted the same phone I have and I told her that what if she has the same problem that I have and she proceeded to say that she wasn't so I brought her the phone, case and screen protector when we came home everything was fine and then when it was time to charge it I seen it was acting up again. It charged fine yesterday but today it's acting up and we have no idea why this keeps happening ?

Came in to get a phone I already had set up and it was a great experience. He was able to help me get the number changed and figure out things on the phone I didn’t understand. Highly recommend this store.
