I’ve been a customer for many years. This year I’ve gotten nails in my tires 3 time. 3 new tire! The last 2 visits AAA showed me nail and said to patch. Both times CJ’s told me a need new tire. The last time customer service guy… came over and said there’s bubbles all inside, no explanation, very curt, new tire needed. Was rather disappointed in his attitude. Got new tire, but will not be going back….ever.

I've been taking my Ram to CJ's for new tires and for flats I got at work. I always have a great experience. My wife took her Rav4 a few days ago and got 4 new tires. We were out in under an hour. Thank you to CJ's!!

Service was good. Price was good. Why ask customer to schedule an appointment online when choosing tires? In store customer service said you don’t honor appointments, it’s first come first serve.

Bill and the other employees always do their best to help customers. Always go there for automotive issues! Highly recommend.

I have been a customer of CJ's for the past 5 or 6 years and up until the past few visits I would have said they were a great shop. I don't know if there has been ownership or management changes, but I feel they have lost the customer service aspect of why I utilize their, or anybody's company for that matter. They do offer some attractive pricing on new tires but it seems as though they seem to look harder to find extra work and higher billing while sacrificing customer service.I had recently purchased a pair of tires for my wife's 2014 Rogue as the previous pair was looking pretty ragged. The week after the installation she picked up a screw in one of the existing older tires that wasn't replaced. I took the car back to CJ's for repair IMO this tire had plenty of life left and simply needed repair. I was informed by the staff that they could not repair this tire due to it's age (older than 7 years which I never heard of to this point). I questioned the age as these tires were purchased at CJ's previously that I know wasn't 7 years ago. The CJ's staff member looked up the date of purchase which was roughly 6 years ago, so I guess a purchased year old tires previously. I was a bit perturbed about the fact they refused to repair this tire but I told them to just replace both the remaining tires. I picked up the car and drove the 1/2 mile to my home in which the car sat the remainder of the weekend. My wife went to work on the following Monday and called me to report that the tire pressure warning light was on when she arrived at work. I went to check her pressures and found them all within specified manufacturers range. I soon after returned to CJ's at my earliest convenience to have them take a look. They had looked into the issue and found a failed tire pressure sensor, when I questioned this diagnosis they informed me that the sensors are at the end of their rated life (apparently 10 years, which again I never heard of or experienced any issues previously). I told them it seemed quite a bit coincidental that the sensor failed right after they worked on the wheel, and I felt that the tech who installed my tires had something to do with the demise of the sensor. They told me there was nothing they would do as the sensors were at the end of life, needless to say another $130.00 for the repair.I know that sensors fail from time to time but, I also know that very much care needs to be taken when removing and installing tires as to not damage the sensors. In fact the first set of tires that were installed on my truck at another location of CJ's, the tech broke 2 of my sensors during installation of the tires, the staff attempted to bill me for this and I informed them the sensors were fine when the truck arrived, and they eventually lamented and replaced them no charge.I too work in a customer service related industry and the old saying the customers always right rings through seeming on every project I do. I can't tell you the number of times I had to repair something that I knew wasn't anything I've done other than being the last person to touch that item or area, but I guess customer service is lost on some companies these days. After the refusal to repair the damaged tire and the fiasco with the TPS and can tell you that CJ's lost a customer and I'm now in search of a new tire guy.

The issue was not this time, but it was about four months ago when I had my car there for timing belt service. I bought the car there in the morning and I asked that lady and I wanted to pay half of my bill with the credit card and the other half of the bill would be installments. She said yes right away. But at the end of that day I went back to pick up my car, then she told me no. I was very disappointed that day. She should have had explained it more details about the payment plan.

We thought we needed brakes AND tires, here it was just tires. Staff was honest and said brakes were good and didn’t need replacing. Also had quick service. Ive had multiple great experiences here over the years.

After my previous shop cheated me, this place became my #1 go-to.I currently have 3 vehicles that receive regular PM / repair work done here. They have been fantastic with inspections and tires. I have an appointment this Thursday to have. My cooling system looked at periodHopefully, this is a quick and easy fix.In the previous 2 years, I have experienced absolutely no high pressure sales techniques.

I don't get the low star rating here. Every time I've gone here I've gotten great service, honest feedback, and what I've asked for at a fair price. Yes, many of the jobs are while you wait FCFS and you sometimes have to wait a bit but you can trust the diagnosis and the work. People are nice too.

Years ago I had a poor experience at CJ’s tire service for which I vowed to never return. However since then I recently bought a set of tires from them at a great price and I was extremely satisfied with the service. I can truly recommend this company as it has made a considerable improvement in customer service.

I walk in asking for help with a hole in my tire, losing air pressure really fast. In desperate need to get a plug so I could make it home. It was 4:45.... The gentleman at the desk said that they are closing at 5pm. And can not help me. Had to stop at 2 gas stations just to make it home. And woke up this morning with a flat tire. I Can not even begin to say how disappointed I am with CJ's... Not to mention the countless times I serviced my tires through them...

This place charges $175.00 per hour for labor and adds on $55 " shop fee"" on top of that. To simply remove two frozen lug nuts they attempted to charge $ 417.45. I WENT ELSEWHERE AND,( WAS QUOTED LESS THAN $120 @ 3 places via phone), had the work done for $90.00. Stay clear of CJ's is my recommendation.

Prices can’t be beat, staff was very professional and felt at ease with the tire installation. Took extra care to bag up my slightly used tires as to not get my vehicle dirty. Top notch experience!?

I called and was able to get an appointment the same day. I was told the alignment would take about an hour, which was fine, but it took less than 20 minutes. Which was fantastic! Jose took my phone call and he was very nice. Not sure of the gentleman who gave the keys back, but he was very nice as well. Overall I'd recommend this location to my friends or family.

Oh, boy…Let me first say that the only reason this review gets 1 star is because the gentleman that assisted us upon entering the store was extremely friendly and acknowledged us immediately. Thank you for your kind service. Otherwise, I would give 0 if possible.I dropped off our truck on Thursday for a free tire rotation that was included as part of our warranty. The rotation didn’t take very long; it was done within an hour. As I was driving later that evening, my husband heard a weird noise coming from the rear. He quickly checked things out and didn’t see anything wrong. This morning, just 2 days later, the family gets in the truck to run some errands and we can all hear the noise. It sounds as if we have a flat. My husband gets out and starts inspecting only to find that our lug nuts are loose and about to fall off on the rear driver’s side tire. I mean, really…? This place specializes in all things tires, and yet, a routine service done poorly could’ve gotten my family seriously injured. The importance of doing work yourself if you have the knowledge and ability to do so. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you don’t care about your safety.
