I had 15 sessions with Ana. She really knows what she is doing. She gave me some exercises I could use when my anxiety starts getting really bad. I am so happy to say that they really work. There was an problem someone else was having and it escalated where this man was yelling at the admin team. It made me feel so uncomfortable and they had no security. The one security guy that was working down stairs clearly wouldnt have been able to help. I hope they fix that issue.

If I could give this place zero stars I most definitely would. Our case worker really had the nerve to tell us that she does not care if my kids are homeless and get taken because they can’t do there damn job right and are kicking us out

I love this counseling center. My therapist is great and it's easy to do a schedule that works. I recommend this place :)

Elderly mother missed her zoom appointment due to AT&T outage , in return she was booted out of their system and closed her chart! She’s in need of her psychiatric medication , how can a dr ethically do this to a senior !

Is Horrible the rent and the disrespectful way to treat The housing paying high with youngest son. Of20 years old1,189 plus late fee no snap benefits or anything Paying bi weekly And being United state Citizen Puerto Rican and no car none of my sons were using medicine or are in counseling we just work They ask us for all the paystub for and adjustment they never give lower our rent one of my son left We Just work Bi weekly My oldest sun move 6month ago I work as a cashier and the other ones work in fast food my youngest son still live with me onThePermanent housing I am still not lower our rent at all I feel discriminate on my guys too the have me sign behavioral contracts month to month I have four years in the same building

You shouldn't have to go to group just to receive one on one therapy there. Some people do better with one on one therapy better than group therapy. Just saying.

I really do enjoy BCC. They are a one stop shop. The only downfall with them is I don't think they have enough Black and Brown staff to really cater to the youth I work with trying to cure violence. Most my youth don't feel comfortable with people that can't relate to them. Another downfall is the wait to get access for addiction medicine there. Too much red tape IE: mandatory IDM groups, a doctor that is there only twice a week to give out medication ect. If we are gonna fight addiction we gonna need organizations that supposedly have the resources to work with the community when they come knocking for help. Not weeks later and all this red tape to cut just to get treatment. Overall decent place for mental health ??

Definitely helped me in a time where I needed the most help together my mind back on track...it's almost been a year and its been great to see more of my.goals.being complete with the help my psych team....love this place...if you come in wanting the results you will definitely get them, be serious, stay focused and you will see.the change you Believed wasn't there.....
