I went to make a deposit while I was waiting my child spilled popcorn on the floor I told her to clean which she did she picked up most of the mess she made. I left the store and noticed I left my keys at the store and when I went back the young lady gave me my kids but before that she came to me with and attitude that it was rude toleave the mess on the floor and she even saw my 5 yr old picking up her mess I can't bend do to my spine surgery , but she was very rude for coming to me with that attitude, I guess they have a maintenance even tho the store floor looked dirty even before my girl had that accident with her food.š”š”š”

Rude staff. Very rude staff. So busy being rude and making assumptions that I donāt have insurance, that I had to pay full price. Pharmacist rude - said would rerun and do a refund but we know that takes 7 days. I will be changing pharmacies.

The worst pharmacy to pick up medicines after they make you wait an hour and a half they tell you that the medicines are not there and that you have to wait until the next day and that if they arrive or you have to wait longer. The people who work there are the worst. The first and last time I use that pharmacy.

Family went in to take advantage of CVSās expired item policy. Store manager was extremely confrontational and aggressive with my family. He also kept approaching my mother in an intimidating way. On other occasions she hasnāt even been allowed to use a cart inside the store. One other occasion he even called us Mother*******.Iāll be reaching out to corporate and his manager. Just warning to others.

The store is nice. Everyone who works at the front desk are genuinely good people. Everyone who keeps the store clean and stocked up are very friendly, and it's a very clean store. That is until you get to the pharmacy.It's an all-female staff who are good hearted. However, every time I come in they're always behind. I'm trying to figure out why they have me come in at a certain time and my prescription is never prepared. They never have more than one person working the line when it's busy. It's just a s*** show to be honest.

Had a family member enter the establishment to take care of their coupon policy. Store Manager was aggressive and confrontational. Slowly approached my mother in an intimidating fashion. This also isn't the first time my family has had issues with the same manager.
