Filthy dirty place. There is unsightly trash all over the floor. There are used bandaids, cigarette butts, and other disgusting trash everywhere, especially back by the pharmacy. It didn’t used to be like this.

I'm leaving this review for several reasons.
1. They never, ever answer the phone. Even if it's CVS customer support
2. The customer service is horrible. I have been there picking up online orders, and stood at the front counter for with other people and no one to check us out. Literally had to shout for someone. They did put a bell there to ding ding now.
3. I can't say anything about the pharmacy, but they never have things in stock, and are outrageous on price.

Ok. The customer service was a bit strange here. The lady saw us waiting and didn’t acknowledge us. Our pictures came back a bit yellower than our digital files we went in. Some were even a bit blurry.

Employees are always Polite. Expect to wait when going through the drive through, this is a busy location. Be patient

Went to pick up prescription. No one in line. Staff was courtious and thorough.

Came in for a vaccine booster. In and out in 10 minutes!

I was seeing at the urgent care and they gave me scripts for my kidney stone pain and as soon I called the pharmacy they said prescriptions was ready for pick up. The pharmacy was closing in an hour. I really appreciate their concern that I had my meds tonight. Thank you for your hard work!

Worst pharmacy possible. Pharmacist and staff do not do what they say they will, it is impossible to fill prescriptions in a timely manner no matter how many times you ask to be put on automatic refill or the text update list. They will tell you over and over that they will help you, but will not unless you literally watch them during the whole process. Out of sight out of mind must be their motto..

Will never go there again after telling me scripts weren't covered by insurance. I call my insurance company to find out the pharmacist never submitted for approval!
