My husband went early to the pharmacy today (Sunday) so he could be one of the 1st in line and get out quickly. The pharmacy is supposed to open at 9 on a Sunday..... not a single employee or pharmacist showed up until 9:20. They literally could case less about their customers.

Terrible. Didn't have the medication I need. The wait was 2 hours longer than I was told. Employees could atleast pretend to care. The only reason I go here is because of my insurance.

This 5th street. C v s have very bad manners. The Workers are very disrespectful and rude at the Pharmacy I will never go again.

Extremely unprofessional people working in the pharmacy and answering the pharmacy phone, especially when Drs offices are calling to get patient prescription information and the pharmacy associates are rude to medical professionals on the phone !

While there are some friendly folks there using your pharmacy is not recommended. The pharmacy seems to be understaffed and often nuclear to answer their phone. I do not use their pharmaceutical services anymore

I have been coming to this CVS for over 15 years with no problems until the past year or so...I have automatic refills on my medication and they are never filled on time. Mostly 5 days after they are supposed to be refilled which for certain medications you cannot wait that long. Tonight I went in to pick up a medication for my niece, who needs her inhaler and in the middle of an asthma attack, we received a notification it was ready for pick up. We went in they were closed, I said to the front cashier that the website said they are opened till 8, mind you it was 7, the front cashier called them with no response. She then proceeded to tell me to go to the back and just talk to them through the slates. Which I did and explained what was happening, there was a very nice gentleman who tried to help only to be interrupted by a co worker who walked up and said "go away....BYE!" Really! This is not normal behavior for human beings, you are in control of life saving medication but you cannot act like this. Our society has no empathy anymore The employees who act like this deserve to be fired. I am completely appalled at the situation and want immediate action from CVS to fire this awful employee who thinks she can treat customers in this manner. Kudos to the gentleman that gave us the proper instructions to get the medication we needed. After 15 years, it's time I move on to a better, more caring pharmacy...Giant 5th St highway.
