Awesome experience! I was shown an example of the computer to what the truck would look like lettered in a about 15 minutes. The job was done in a very timely manner and the price was better than what I was expecting. Definitely would go back for another truck to be done!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Darkside Vinyl Graphics and Design. I invested over $3,000 in a chameleon wrap for my vehicle, and not a single one of my expectations was met.
When we discussed the project, I was assured that the wrap would have a vibrant, noticeable color-shift effect under different lighting conditions. Unfortunately, the final product looked nothing like what was represented to me in conversation or in the examples I was shown. No matter the environment, the effect was dull, flat, and completely underwhelming.
What makes this even more frustrating is the lack of accountability from the company. I reached out for clarity on warranties, guarantees, or even the possibility of correcting the issue, and none of my concerns were addressed in a way that honored the promises made during our initial discussions. Instead of feeling like a valued customer, I was left with an expensive mistake.
In the end, I feel I was taken advantage of and left out over $3,000 with nothing to show for it but disappointment. I cannot recommend Darkside Vinyl Graphics and Design to anyone who expects professionalism, honesty, or respect for their hard-earned money.

Had my BMW M6 windows tinted here and what a professional job they did. Was very happy with how it turned out. Asked them at the last minute if they could put a graphic design on and they did it with no problem and my car really turned out nice. I would recommend Darkside to anyone that wants a professional job with quality results.
