Constantly making people wait in the parking lot for their order. We went there and there was only 1 other person ahead of us. We just ordered 2 coffees and 2 wakeup wraps. The person ahead of us was already pulled over waiting for their order. When we pulled up they asked us to wait as well. Then the next person. Then the next one. The one after that. Then the person after that. It got to the point we were waiting for 10 minutes and at that point the person who was ahead of us still did not get their order. We cancelled our order and left. This is not the only time we had this experience. I have tried this location on different days and times and this happens pretty consistent. Not sure what can be done but something should be done to improve on these wait times.

I had ordered like 15 to 20 minutes ahead but when i got there it was still not ready. It took like another 10 or 15 minutes before i got my order and only by asking somebody.Nobody bother to asked what i needed the whole time i was there.

Stores literally sell rock salt EVERYWHERE!!!YOUR CUSTOMERS can't pull in to your entrance because of all of the black ice that is at the entrance. It's also at the exit. This WILL cause an accident and you WILL get sued.SALT YOUR PROPERTY!

No toilet paper in lavatory and sign saying sink doesn’t work. Tried to order at kiosk but it wouldn’t take my coupon. It took 20 minutes to get a medium decaf coffee. Whole experience was very sub-par.

food takes forever to come out. workers especially one worker there a young teenage girl she should not be working in customer service if she is going to refuse taking orders and being rude to paying customers. good and drinks are also bad and made wrong, when asked to fix some give attitude. not for all of my workers just the young ones

This has to be the worst place. They never have anything and the wait is awfully long. They tell you to pull into a spot and wait for a drink when there is literally no one behind me in the drive thru lane. Disgusting. Too many cars waiting in a spot for their order. Either they are always short staffed or poor management. Ughhhhh!

Awful customer service, always lengthy wait and usually ruin my order. Never been to a DD where I have to pull forward 90% of the time due to poor listening skills. Today was my last draw. Closest to my house but will drive further to avoid it. Worse.

Never before have I gone through a drive-through with 45 minutes left until close, and the worker in the drive-through used her best automated voice to thank me for "choosing DD but the store is currently closed." Needless to say I'll choose a different location in the future.

Literally worst service ever. No one came over to take our order so we had to use the screen. Waited 20min and only 1 item came out. Had to ask them to revisit the order and they just gave blank stares. The place is jammed with people trying to get orders out and the manager isn’t even helping the crew.

Horrible experience. Ordered a sandwich and hash browns. First they get our order wrong, after we correct it after noticing the price was wrong since they never repeat the order back to you, I have to pull over and wait 7 minutes, then they give us the wrong sandwich, and worst of all, when I went in to request they make it right they take the sandwich from me and remake it. That’s a health code violation. And there was a hair clearly not mine in my hash browns. Completely inedible. I just moved down the block and convenience will never convince me to go here again.

The staff is always doing there best to get all bvb the orders out but there always in good spirits and very friendly and respectful.There are time were they are training a new person but there doing there best and if you politely mention your order was messed up they would be happy to redo it.Show respect and you will get respect, dont ever disrespect someone who is handling your food cause you will be waiting for a long time.
