It was straight forward. I put a reservation in to see if a unit was available. There was so i filled out what needed to be filled out. Got a confirmation email and did my payment to get it locked in. What I liked the most was that you don't need to come to the facility to sign the lease you can do it right on your phone.

I did the entire process online. It was super easy and the customer rep that helped me, was extremely patient. Once I got to the facility, it was difficult at first to find my unit because the business is so new. They haven't put the permanent numbers on each unit yet, and it was a little difficult driving around trying to read the numbers on the blue tape. Fast forward a couple minutes and along came Matt, who happened to be in the office. What a great dude! Very fiendly and he took the time to locate my unit. Now ladies listen...If you've ever had a secret crush on one of the Baldwin brothers (before they got old), get out to this facilty and meet Matt, he's a dead ringer! 😆 Anyway, I'm happy I secured a place here. It fits my needs perfectly. Unit F3

Staff was super helpful and accommodating. He moved our new unit to make it more accessible away from the refurbishing they're doing. Units are clean and very nice. I would definitely recommend this place.

Order placed online — no follow-up and no human contact at all. Their entire phone system is AI-driven, and after sitting on hold forever hearing “we’re getting a human representative,” I hung up. Moments later I got an automated message saying, “This is Amber following our call,” even though I never spoke to anyone.
When I went to the facility, the gate was wide open, my access code didn’t work, and the locker I paid for already had a padlock on it. Also, the row was roped off And unpaved msking it so you have to walk all the way to your storage unit instead of driving down. So I never had access to the unit, yet they likely start charging from the time of purchase — which seems like a breach of contract.
After reading other reviews, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated issue. I’ll be requesting a full refund and moving to a local storage company that still uses real people instead of leaving everything to AI.

Exeter storage has made feel secure with housing my personal belongings, the facility is very safe and enclosed. I continue to be impressed with the clean environment for my locker and how easy making payments is on their website. Exeter storage has extremely fair pricing! Do not hesitate to trust them with your storage!

Office staff is easy to get a hold of and helpful. We've rented from them once before and are experience was always hassle free. Units are easily accessible which makes it easier to drive up and unload.

Great service and amazing experience with them I stored some furniture here while I was in between homes they made the whole process so easy from getting. A lock to moving out.

Whoever answers the phone wants all your contact info before even giving a quote for storage. I find this to be very suspicious to just got a quote. I don't need to be getting spammed just to get a quote.

Easy booking . And I like that I can get in at anytime night or day.
I moved out of the area. Yes if I had to and lived closer I use them again. Price is a little hight though compared to others that rented from different areas. But yes I would use again
