So i placed a order 3 weeks ago before vday not only when i called to change address i got attitude , i never received a email confirmation my order and the belongings of that order!! Then they forget something and when i call to ask no will answer after been on hold for ever

My husband ordered about 2 dozen roses for Valentine's Day and sent them to my place of employment about a week before Valentine's Day 2023. The first few days they were beautiful; by the 5th day most of them were dead. Considering the price, this is totally unacceptable. I also received 6 chocolate-covered strawberries and they were so good and tasty. The Roses not so much! He definitely will never purchase anything from Edible Arrangements again. He spent about $70.00. Sadly this experience could have been a better one.

Three experiences : went in to pick up grab and go and they didn’t have anything .My boss sent me a beautiful arrangement after delivering my twins and the delivery person called me and turned away so quick I ended up having to go pick it up myself .Went today to at 930 to pick up something for my aunt and they were supposed to be open and the door was locked and they wouldn’t answer the phone .Won’t be going back at this point

I am very pleased with my experience! This was a spur of the moment idea and I was so glad to hear that they offered same day delivery. Everything was perfect and my boyfriend was very surprised. He said that the caramel cheesecake was delicious!

The arrangement was beautifully made and the fruit was delicious. I just want to let people know to NOT pick a 10am pick-up time on-line. I arrived a little after 10 only to find out that my arrangement was not ready yet because the store only opens at 10 and my arrangement wasn't started until the store opened. I waited until 10:35 for my arrangement to be completed. The person I was taking it to was expecting it at 10:30 (I thought I gave myself plenty of time) so I was 15 minutes late getting it to where it needed to go. I just wish the store would have called me to let me know before I arrived. This won't deter me from ordering again because the arrangement was perfect. However, to other customers, be sure if you order on-line that you set your pick-up time for after 10:30. And to the shop, if this happens to someone else, please give them a call so that they are not waiting.

Update.. they replaced the arrangement that was sent without any question asked it was 10 times thank you for caring and resolving the issue. We got an edible arrangement today from a family member it was very disappointing. The pineapple were mushy,has alot of dark spots on it. The cantaloupe was also very mushy we had to throw half the arrangement away. It's not ok that people spend the amount of money on these arrangements and then you have to throw it all away. This is the exact reason I have never ordered these before.

The fruit in my edible arrangement. Was not ripe, the Pineapple stars were mostly core strawberries weren’t right they were hard the cantaloupe was hard the bottom line is the basket of edible fruit was not fully ripe

They are by far the WORST customer service ever. while the customer is trying to talk they interrupt you too I placed an order way before the cut off time they call me the day it’s supposed to be ordered at 1:45 PM telling me that the product is no longer available and then I would get a refund back and they would deliver a different order to the address well GuessWhat the different order never made it I called back I was hung up on several times with different and very rude customer service I will never and when I say never I will never ordered anything from this website again due to the poor quality customer service
