Technician arrived within the time stated. Very pleasant and most knowledgeable. Refrigerator/freezer was diagnosed and corrected. Also supplied us with some additional tips, which will assist us for the future. Would highly recommend this company for repairs.

Great office personnel. They're on top of things and the parts came the next day. Wonderful service. The technician was both professional and knowledgeable. All around a pretty good experience! I won't be calling anybody else for my appliance repair needs.

Richard was courteous, helpful, kind to our kids, and yes - fast. He came out to service our Midea air conditioners that had been recalled. Did his work quickly, struck up nice conversation, and made no mess in our house. Honestly it was a pleasure to have him as our technician.
