I usually ship with UPS but I am now since going to ship with FedEx Express solely because of one man and that's David Tranquillo.
This man is like a one-man band he does everything. He was able to track down my package in a container that I thought was lost forever.
This was a hand-me-down from my late grandfather that was shipped from my sister to me and it was lost at the station and David found it.
I'm not sure who his managers are but they need to read this review and give this man a raise and a pat on the back because he is the reason I will be shipping with FedEx Express in the future.
Thank you Dave, you're a true asset to this company.

Every single time I have a delivery from this fedex location: the day starts out with an expected delivery time of 9am-noon. Noon rolls around...then its 5pm. 5pm rolls around. Then its "end of day". Waiting, waiting. No delivery. This ensues for several days. UPS is far superior.

Laziest workers in the world. They never attempt to deliver your packages, just be ready to go and pick up your package. They lie about attempting to deliver your package when they just sit in the car and drive away without even leaving a note. Their customer service is the worst, you struggle so much to talk to a person then they get nothing done. All apologies and scripts but they don’t know how to solve problems. They don’t care about your packages at all. Last time I use their services!

This place Absolutely Sucks!!! They don't even have an updated office with no scanning system. They don't know how to use the computer to print. What a waste of time!

4 times in the last 10 days, they have delivered to the wrong address. Twice a neighbor brought me my order. In the past delivery was fine. But NOT recently.

You have delivered 6 of my packages to the wrong address. You refuse to fix the pin drop in your GPS system. This is completely unacceptable. I have explained where my house is to 3 separate people from your location and still, my orders are lost. Today you dropped off my package on the side of the road near a telephone pole. So unacceptable. You just don't care either.
